Selling cat litter as fuel ( wood pellets
I use the wood pellets I purchased from ecoblaze a week or two ago when they arrived they were packaged as CAT LITTER. I spoke to A customer services representative regarding this and I was assured that they’ll be absolutely fine to burn in the heaters. ( pellet torches
The pellets did not burn well at all They caused significant damage to the glass tubes and also a sticky residue accumulated in the ashtrays of the burners
Only offered a refund for the pellets. The two burners cost £250 each

Easy to find what I needed
It was relatively easy to use the website. I was able to look at several different options to find the one that was best for my needs.
Delivery was on time and I was kept informed of dispatch and was able to track delivery.
I haven't used the logs yet. It has turned hot at the moment.

Delivery was never attempted despite…
Delivery was never attempted despite DOD putting in their site that delivery could not be carried out and product being returned to sender. I was in all day! What do I do now, what is my next step to getting the order I have paid for?

The box itself had been torn although I…
The box itself had been torn although I don’t think any firefighters had been lost. The gate to our garden had not been shut properly and luckily the dog had not escaped. Will order next time through Amazon as evri are not very good. I did not realise you used them when ordering.

First delivery got delayed for 5 days
First delivery got delayed for 5 days, second order was spot on . Not sure if these burn the hottest but every time I email them it bounces back as undeliverable so that’s very frustrating

When you hear companies stating next…
When you hear companies stating next day delivery you automatically think give it two days to be safe but on this occasion order was placed Wednesday morning delivered to my designated parcel drop and photo for proof of delivery Thursday 1.30pm excellent service will definitely be using Ecoblaze again 5 star service

The company delivering said they came…
The company delivering said they came one day and said no-one was in and I was on my drive always working. They then said they called again and never turned up abd sent a photo of my address which wasn't 150 mtr up the road.when contacting you I was tole they couldn't be deliverd toll 3 days later.
Therefore I didn't receive my goods after staying home for 3 day this is very very poor service
