I'm basing the 5 star score on the great customer service that ecohosting have always provided. If there's a technical problem, I've found that it's easy to speak to somebody (already impressive) who is both helpful and competent (amazing)!
On the technical side, I'd recommend adjusting spam filter and 'inbound gateway' settings to ensure all genuine emails are getting through without a flood of accompanying spam.

So efficiently solving my domain name changed and new email setup problems. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to register a domain name and find hosting solution! Thank you guys at “ Eco Hosting”!

I had a few questions before purchasing my domain name and making the final decision to move ahead with ecohosting. However, the 'Live Chat' was great and all questions were answered promptly and succinctly.

The Ecohosting Livechat agent gave a good service and listened to my issues. They were prepared to go the extra mile to check the detail and sort the problem out.

I’m a bit nerdy but no expert and although I know my way round cpanel, web coding and design - any problems and they are fast, forgiving and helpful.

We needed to add a link on our website to a virtual tour of a Priory Church. The tour had been developed and hosted by a third party specialist. To create the link we needed help from Ecohosting to add a CNAME to the DNS zone. They did this quickly and effectively

Pricing was cheaper on the pricing page, when it came to payment page, the price was more expensive.

Alerted them to this via email. Didn't receive a response in over two weeks. Poor customer service.

I have been with these guys for years now and I have to say they have always been amazing. The support and their knowledge is 10/10! In a recent move they helped me every step and it was very obvious that they know their stuff! many thanks for all your help.

Fantastic customer service from Ecohosting. I had a problem with my emails, and although it took a few days to sort out, the team who were dealing with my issue gave me 100% effort and kept me informed throughout. Jose, in particular, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. Thanks also to Ance and Remi.

After a server issue I was unable to access my email. I worried what the support would be like, but needn't have worried. The initial reply was quick and a following question speedily answered and I'm back up and running again.

Used these guys for several projects over the years. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their staff are knowledgeable and helpful, class act, great prices and overall brilliant company which is why I use nobody else.
