It was a pleasure dealing with this company. The quality of their product was superb and exactly what they advertise.

Bought 2 “baby alpaca wool” hooded ponchos in 2 different color ways. One is as expected and is soft. The other is much more like a tight weave sheep’s wool carpet. So, for the high price, the quality variance makes it simply not worth the money.

Shipping was fast however.

Unfortunately, I did not get my order due to possible theft from outside my building. It came a day early and we were planning to be home the next day. Although I cannot rate the product, I can rate the experience. This company kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I explained my situation, they were immediate in sending the refund. Top-notch company.
