I have received very timely monitoring surveyor Initial and interim reports from the firm in relation to two transactions i have been working on, with excellent technical advice provided. The MS was very responsive to queries in a timely manner and worked hard to meet our requirements.

Buying at auction is a bad idea
Buying at auction is a bad idea. Often, people get carried away, and when you add the fees and vat and vat on fees, you can end up paying way over the top for anything you buy.
This particular company will not help you if you have any issues. I have just had the most awful experience with them. All they care about is the ££. There are no humans working there.

What an absolute sham.
What an absolute sham.
Do not waste your time buyer from this company, I purchased a "brand new" bath it was not new and was damaged.
When I complained to eddisons they blamed this on the seller CSS, I spoke to a man there who was extremely rude and basically told me to F off. I went back to eddisons and they basically don't care.
No recourse or responsibility from either company. they are nnithing but scammers

Shocking customer service!
I bought a bathroom mirror cabinet with led lighting and demister pad via Eddisons online auction. The supplier was CSS on Blast Lane in Sheffield. I took a 5hour return journey to collect the item so I would have it undamaged ready for the electrician to fit it the following day. When i arrived at CSS (👎👎) they did not have it!
Eddisons were disengaged from the problem and totally unsupportive, chanting from section 14.6 of their terms and conditions 'proving' they were not liable and passing my complaint between different members of staff but nobody took responsibility for my outstandingly poor experience. It was clear to me that Eddisons were putting their relationship with CSS (and their buyers premium!) before the buyers (me). Nobody cared! I received a full refund 3 months later but I had to chase it. They only care about profit and their buyers premium. Dont expect them to help you if your purchase via them has gone disasterously wrong like mine! Their terms may shelter them but they would not have any business without buyers. I will never use Eddisons or CSS again and recommend.
