nice and smooth end2end. I liked the fact we've been updated about delivery dates and the steps/stages for installing it after we chose what we ant and the material - delivery, installing/mounting, connecting it to our electricity supply. we had a bit of delay in delivery (which was not ideal) but we've been warned in the beginning this might happen (we got an initial 2 months initial estimate which we then have been updated once the time approached).
the teams coming over were really nice and the job done was really good (with all covid restrictions maintained). we got it for 2 months (rougly) but so far things went well

Cannot fault Eden kept informed throughout from ordering our new veranda to installation. Really pleased with results. Been up now for a couple of weeks can sit out even when it’s raining would recommend highly.

Disgraceful. We ordered our awning in late May for installation in 4 to 6 weeks. Around the time it was due I called to get an update: left messages and emails, tried to ring directly but the people supposed to help were always busy or “they had just left the desk”. Finally I got an update via email saying that delivery was on the second week in September, no explanation, no apologies. Started a long exchange of emails to have my deposit back and cancel the order. Several dates in August were agreed and then regularly missed, cancelled last minute. Finally the awning arrives at the end of August, but they day before installation they cancelled again. More stress, more discussion. They offered a discount and a free heating. New date agreed. Awning up and running. When the old salesman first came, we explained clearly that we had 2 issues: very low sun on that side of the house (west) and very strong wind. We asked for advice. He said that awning was the right choice and wouldn’t consider other solutions. Seemed experienced, so we trusted him when he said the awning was strong and could be positioned in a bent position to screen the low sun. Result: the awning closes because of the wind (there’s a sensor), it’s straight and completely useless. And despite discount it costed like a holiday for two at the Caribbean. Just go on holiday.

A professional installation with no hard sell of the product. Great looking awning which enhances the look of the property & providing much needed relief from the sun on a south facing garden. The hard wiring of the veranda was not as expected but fortunately proved not to be an issue.

From the beginning it was very easy to deal with Eden Verandas. They have been informative all the way. If anything changed, more than one person would call me to explain. This shows that they care about their customers and respect them. Installation people were on time on both days. They were respectful, kind and hard working. They cleaned up after them which I was not used to since my builder leave the site with rubbish.

Professional and precise

Eden Verandas have been excellent. The installation went to plan and the workmanship was first-class.

My only criticism is that there seems to be a lack of communication between departments;

Lovely awnings, they look great. Just waiting on the electrician to attend site so that they can be hard wired but unfortunately there is a delay due to COVID.

Friendly staff always willing to answer questions.
The product itself is great, I decided to have just a glass roof fitted and I like that I have the option to add walls and doors at a later stage, if I choose to. Both the delivery and installation were on time and I couldn't be happier.

For the quality of verandas the sell, Eden we the most competitive for pricing. Easy to deal with and worked around my availability to do the install.

Great customer service all the way through the process

We recently had a veranda installed by Eden. We are very happy with the surveying and installation. Our only criticism is with the admin. which was slow at times and occasionally difficult to access. We would recommend the company acknowledging that "it is not cheap".

Theawning cassette is fairly unobtrusive and they colour matched it to our Bi-fold doors. The brackets are substantial - also colour matched. The choice of fabric is extensive and the unit size can be adjusted to fit. The unit was made and delivered as planned before xmas ready for Jan install. The installers took about 1/2 a day to fix it in place and cleared up all the packaging etc. 2 days after installation an electrician wired it up. If you have an outside socket then they will splice in to that.

From initial consultation to final installation, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I have to admit that I was somewhat aghast when quoted for the work, but it was explained that Eden Verandas are a top-quality company and their costs reflect this. And so it proved - a very professional job carried out by true professionals.

The verandah was erected 5 weeks later than specified on the order, due to brackets not being available. I do not know why the fabricated bungalow brackets took so long to make, basically square section steel which had to be cut to size, welded and coated.

Did not turn up for appointment. No phone call or email explanation. If this is their level of customer service then it’s just as well we will go elsewhere.

A great company with a superb product.

After many years thinking about a veranda and then deciding that we couldn't possibly have one, Edan surveyed and designed a veranda that could be installed.

Several weeks later Edan delivered and installed the veranda to an excellent standard in a day.

Superb customer service, professional and efficient installation, and a product that photos just don’t do justice....brilliant.

We've just had a Glass Room erected oh my its beautiful. Eden are so professional from the Planning right through to the fitting. The Fitters worked so hard to install the Glass Room and were amazing. So if youre thinking about having one installed go for it you wont be disappointed.

Very good all round, from initial contact to sign-off - all went exactly as planned
