We have been waiting 2 months for a promised visit to make good our paving slabs after the install. The awning motor has a mind of its own and now the awning won't come out. Been like this from day 1, worked ok for a while, now doesn't work. The rain/wind/sun sensor is completely random. The awning has come out in rain and has woken us up coming out at 6 in the morning when there is no sun on the sensor. For something this expensive, we are far from happy.

We are very pleased with our new canopy. It does precisely what we were expecting. It is good quality, was fitted very carefully and the service altogether was first rate.

I have no trouble in recommending this company for a fine product and concerned, courteous and complete service

Fantastic retractable awning

Excellent service from Eden Verandas. The surveyor who came round to measure up and discuss our requirements was very knowledgeable. Our order was delivered and fitted within the time frame and everything went smoothly. Our retractable awning is brilliant. It looks amazing and is sturdy. If only we had a better summer! Highly recommended.

After a few hick ups that were easily solved we have a beautiful and Stunning especially made glass veranda at the side of our house. With it not being a standard size we were worried how it would turn out but we had no need to worry . People have already commented on it looking like excellent quality. Everybody has been great from beginning to the end. The guys that built it explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. All we have left to do is enjoy it and maybe in the future add to it .

We have had a canopy over our terrace for years. The original was replaced with a strong, purpose built wood canopy. However, as next door built an extension we took the opportunity of renewing and chose Eden Verandas. Everything went very well. Informative salesman, accurate measurements, we were kept informed about delivery and the fitters did an excellent job.
BUT, they left scaffolding. Despite nagging the scaffolding was left lying around the front of the house. I stacked it by the front of the drive - but no collection. Excuses and lies were told and it has completely spoiled an otherwise good experience.
My recommendation is to have a clause in your contract about scaffolding removal, confirming the time it will be used and collected. Don’t make any final payment until it has gone and include in the clause a £100 per day storage fee to be deducted from the final payment.
All that said, I would still recommend Eden Verandas.

Really professional company, excellent communications and did everything they said they would with a very good team. Awning is fab and very well installed.

The quality of the awning we have is very good. No complaints there. The only reason I've given a 4 rather than a 5 is it took three goes to get it fitted, which I feel could have been avoided if the survey had been a bit more thorough. It shouldn't be down to the fitting teams to find out work needs doing. Still, a great product which got fitted for a fair price and I would both recommend and use them again.

It has made a real difference to the front of our stone house, and doesn't look out of place. The salesman and fitters were all very helpful and polite.

All work including the planning application done in a timely fashion. There were no problems or issues. Pleasing result.

After looking at other makes, buying an Eden Veranda was a good choice. The quality of the veranda was excellent as expected of German engineering. Eden Verandas were informative and extremely helpful in all aspects of our decision making and negotiation. Everything went like clockwork. The installation was completed in a conscientious manor. The team displayed excellent team work and our garden was left in very good order. Extremely pleased.

I asked them to quote me. They had a salesman come round and quote me on a scrap of paper. I couldn't afford it.
Six months later they sent me a flyer through the post offering upto 40% off. Salesman came quoted me £1000 higher based on the same spec and still didn't give me a written quote!
I wrote in asking for a manager to get in touch and negotiate a deal, they didn't even bother to respond.
Wasted two mornings of my life and still don't have any answers.

Excellent experience from salesman to surveyor, office staff and the brilliant install team. Always polite, always friendly and I was always kept informed at all parts of the process. My veranda looks great!

I contacted their 0800 107 2727 line on 17MAY18 Neal National Sales Manager 10.42 calling back in 2 weeks. Lied never called back at all.

I needed a replacement veranda as a cowboy firm I used could not even erect my kit form, (told it was manufactured in the UK) from Belgium and deliberately erected it out of square. Two posts which were in line were ignored as the drop down weather proofing now had a post sticking through it 30mm out of true at least???

Sent them an email as nothing heard from them. Still nothing heard.

07AUG18 Sales email received from them, cannot remember if I filled it in but still nothing heard from them at all.

09NOV18 Junk Mail received from them in the post, addressed incorrectly. I detest companies that waste my time and send unwanted and illegal junk mail especially, as in this case, from a company that deliberately ignores a lead. This is one company I will NOT entertain as if you use a company that gets a kit as many of them do you are reliant on the measurements they take so if they make incorrect measurements you will have a problem on your hands.

They have not heard of GDPR as I have NOT opted in for ANY mailings from them at all. They seemingly collect peoples information illegally so the ICO will be informed.

Who on earth wants to hear from a company who is totally useless and does not bother at all to contact the prospective purchaser from 17MAY18 now 6 months ago. If they cannot even manage simple administration it is little wonder when one complainant has clearly been sold something without having been given ANY details about condensation problems let alone been sold a floor that is not fit for purpose and will stain with anything that touches it.

These sales persons will sell anything to make their commission but NOT bother about the end result that a trusting customer is not aware of and will then have a persistent problem.

Excellant canopy, and the guys who fitted it were very professional and fast. Very patient helpful staff who put up with us changing our minds.

Eden Verandas provided a professional service.
Advised of possible pitfalls. Mounted awning via brackets that allowed awning to gel in with surrounding roof.
Each process (delivery, mounting, electrics) carried out smoothly and with minimum of fuss.
We are very pleased with the results.
