Worth waiting for
The ring I ordered was a customised one and was told I'd have to wait 4 to 6 weeks but it arrived slightly ahead of schedule and I'm thrilled with it.

No refunds on sale items
I ordered two necklaces in the sale. When they arrive I really liked one but the other did not look like the picture. I could have bought fashion jewellery and it would have been no different.
It took a week to arrive.
I was disappointed to find I could not have a refund only a credit note. I didn’t think this was allowed with distance selling?

I ordered an engraved necklace as a gift for my partner and she loved it so much! Quality seems quite good, but the clasp of the necklace is a bit strong and hard if you have weak nails. While checking out I saw a ear cuff that I couldn't resist to order and it is the best gift I have made myself in a long while (unfortunately I lost it shortly after :().
Highly recommend the brand!

Great Customer Service
My daughter and I have bought several pieces over the summer, it has arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. We wanted to return a couple of items and place new orders which all went smoothly.

Tiny, exquisite sparkler
I was surprised at how quickly my single earring was delivered given that I don’t live in the UK. The earring is tiny, but exquisite. I thought at first that it was too small, but stacked with other earrings, it’s perfect. My husband says the earring has a lovely sparkle. I won’t hesitate to buy from E of E again.

I purchased an item and did not like the size of the pendent so returned the item and I did not receive my refund. I was told the parcel was empty. Please everyone be careful when purchasing any items as the service I received was awful 😞
