I purchased 2 rings from Edge of Ember, they came super quick and in the most beautiful packaging, I was blown away!
Both rings are so pretty and a perfect addition to mine & my daughter’s collection! I will definitely be making a future purchase!

Bought two necklaces during their 50% sale, and received a box full of cosmetic samples. I am livid. I feel I have been completely scammed.

I ordered a ring from and was not entitled to a refund despite the ring was not being the same as pictured in the model photos! The band width was not the same as shown on the model.
The returns policy states you are entitled to a full refund on products, however, a couple of lines underneath this however it states you are only entitled to store credit if you buy a product from the sale. Which doesn't help when the majority of their products are in the sale.
I believe as a consumer you have a right to return any product that isn't as genuine as shown in the pictures. I explained this to the customer service team over email and I got really poor responses. I am now £200 down with a ring I don't like.
I will never be returning here.

I ordered a bracelet cuff and this was so small it only just fit my 9 year old granddaughter. However the customer service was exceptional and I could not fault the communication to return the item. Such a shame on the product as it was good quality.

Website easy to navigate and jewellery is beautiful and finished to a high quality standard.

Got a gold initial chain for my partner. Really nice quality, especially for the price. I also like how I could choose eco friendly packaging.

Oh my days what a complete disappointment...having waited patiently for my earings to arrive...which they did in good time and to the day ....I was extremely dismayed to find firstly only 2 earings 1 hoop and 1 stud when iam certain 2 hoops were ordered so not only more expensive than I first thought I will now need to order another pair or single hoop...this I would not mind but the stud is that small I had to look twice to see it in the box and to be honest the hoop is no bigger than a 5 pence piece...not as envisaged and could have got a lot more for my money elsewhere....lessons learnt

I’ve bought the Victoria Textured Large Hoops in gold. They are very light to wear which was so important to be, considering the hoop is large, they’ve made of quality metals and look fantastic! I will be ordering again from them

I wanted to buy my daughter a special piece of jewellery for her 21st birthday and saw this company on Instagram. After looking at several items I decided on a beautiful initial necklace with her birthstone- blue topaz. It arrived within a few days later and I'm delighted with it

First time I'd bought Huggies and I did find them rather difficult to put in as the pin isn't straight as with stud earrings! However I persevered and they look good!

Very very poor service with failure of integrity. I had ordered an exchanged and was advised for 3 weeks over emails it was being processed, mind they held £220 of my money this whole time (before Christmas), to be told they dont have the item in stock. No longer can gift my present for Christmas and is a bit late now to order from more trusted sites. Really sad to see a beautiful jewellery brand failing by lack of good service.
