The item I bought was faulty, spent over £800 for my wifes 40th. Have sent multiple emails and used their website and chat bot service asking for assistance to replace or repair the item as they offer a guarantee and they have not responded. Poor customer service.

Update: “gold” color stained to orange/brown tint. I had the same discolouration on Studex earrings I bought for £4, not something I expect when paying £240

Really liked this solid gold Constellation Diamond Ring. It’s very thin and looks nicely coupled with my other ring.

I’m not an expert to say if gold and diamonds are genuine, shop doesn’t provide any certificates.

Also prices in UK for gold are surprisingly much higher than I bought in Poland before.

Easy to purchase and delivery was quick. The product was a gift and it looks amazing quality and simply beautiful.

I love the ring but the pearls and stones are definitely smaller than expected! pretty and delicate though.

Lovely Alphabet Necklaces

I've always loved the jewelleries by Edge of Ember. Had an alphabet necklace with my son's initials for 3 years and absolutely loved it. Didn't take it off much so it went through sweats and showers and the coating is coming off so I got a new one. Would be nice if there is some kid of renewing service so it doesn't have to go to waste.
Still one of my favourite piece of jewelleries indeed.

I found out about EOE from Victoria McGrath's Youtube, i love all of the pieces from her collection, but purchased the malachite drop earrings and they're just as beautiful in person! Hope to get more pieces eventually.

These are my second pair of infinity hoops. I was bought a pair for Christmas last year and they are still like new. I love them so much I bought a second smaller pair and wear them both everyday. Lovely quality, packaged beautifully. Very happy thank you.

I ordered a ring for my daughter's 18th. Edge of Ember sent the item beautifully packaged and safe and the delivery was on time. Our troubles began when I needed to exchange the ring for a different size (even though I had followed the very helpful ring measuring instructions on their website). The returns was hassley because no regular post office would accept the package - only specific Royal Mail ones because the QR codes are not / were not working. It took me 2 days and 3 different post offices, along with the hassle of parking each time, before I could find a RM post office that would accept the parcel. The exchange took longer than the quoted 14 days to occur and I had to chase the company to find out what was going on, when the exchanged ring would arrive and if it would arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. Bear in mind I started this process a month before her birthday. The ring did come in time but the hassle to get it there and back has put me off wanting to shop with Edge of Ember again.

Quick, reliable customer service and a really fabulous product! I love wearing my son's birth stone and initial.

Ordered earrings about a year ago and after working in jewellery for a while, realised they are not hallmarked so there is no proof that they are solid gold as the company claims they are. Have contacted and tried to get an answer but have had no reply.
