Elizabeth Villafan was so patient and helpful. She took me through each stage of the process from accessing and updating my account to send a fax. She also waited until I received a successful transmission email. So happy our issues have been resolved. Well done Elizabeth.

Sadly had to cancel our contract after many years of excellent service. 18 years, I think. As a start-up company, the ability to trade faxes was essential, we could not have done without it. I had a problem sending a fax by email but it was resolved quickly by customer service although I was charged a few dollars extra because of the fax number
