Had assistance from Nicoleta . Dealt with my query efficiently and professionally . the only reason 4 stars and not 5 which does not reflect on NIcoleta's performance was that i was on hold for 55 minutes before i could speak to anyone . Perhaps this was due to the time of day .

Pathectic, Theif , Staff is lier and Shamefull behaviour with no mailig response almost week.
they have charged $36 for one month and after three days they deactivate my account without any permission and is 4 days I am emailing them and also call them , no respose these are black sheeps stoling money from people wallets and in return offering nothing to me. one of their representative put me on hol and never back on call i have waited 20 minutes and with feel very bad , Sham on you efax , staff and customer support.

Easy set-up, easy to use and excellent support!
There’s hardly any set-up involved, and the website is very easy to use. Once you’re done with the set-up you can send a fax by just sending an e-mail. I’ve contacted their support department twice, both times their service was excellent even though there wasn’t really a problem with their software!
All in all; if you need to send faxes, eFax is an excellent choice, highly recommended!

Very happy with the courteous way Stefan P dealt with my call, even though it was to cancel the service. The service has been fine over the years, and the cancellation is only through non-usage over a protracted period.
