Email function should have address book and auto prompts

Egress is ok, it's not very user friendly, and it has no word processing abilities.

This is a useful secure way to send private documents, but it is frustrating that regularly used email addresses cannot be stored and have to be typed every time.

I find this a very complicated programme to use, I dont use it often and everytime I have to change my password.

We have found egress very easy to use.
Egress were very helpful in helping us set it up on our system, nothing was to much trouble. They provided everything we need and exactly what we asked for. No more no less. we will continue to use them every year.

On occasions we have had recipient access issues but this has been resolved by the Egress support team

Mobile access unfriendly
Lots of clients use mobile phones and egress on mobiles are not user-friendly so lots of emails are missed. Attachments are removed after some time and they find going back to old emails very difficult (across all platorms). When many emails are sent to and fro on a day, clients often miss one of the emails as the notification, accessing of emails is not smooth and full threads not visible.

Although I understand the need for security and data protection, our patients do not generally like Egress. They find it cumbersome to use and are not happy when we send them clinic letters via this method. As a user, I find it frustrating that emails more than a couple of weeks old are not visible without going through a process to retrieve them. Unlike gmail, it is not possible to save email addresses.

Although I don't how, I lost access to the Egress system and was therefore unable to view some essential files that had been uploaded from my source.
I was advised by the source to contact Egress for advice which I did. I was subsequently advised that if the source re-invited me to join the specific session then access to the Egress system would be possible the administrator at the source was unaware of this but did as advised and full access was re-established.

Had a very good experience, good support team who helped me retrieved y account.

Outlook plug in is great on Windows. A Mac version would be appreciated.

Felt easy enough but I’ve not heard anything back. I thought it would reply to my email address, even if it asked me sign in to read my correspondence.

I've now used Egress for sending secure attachments and emails for some time now. I've had no issues in file size and help/support when required from the Egress team.

Found this next to impossible to use.
No end of difficulty accessing system. When I did the message I was expecting wasn't there.
I did finally receive it, but when I returned to this system it had disappeared.

I would avoid using this system

Not able to add or forward and email internally to a colleague. LA use this process but not all school staff do

We are an Egress Partner(Reseller) - If our experience is bad, I hate to think what it is like for an end-user. I can never get hold of anyone over the phone, I don't even know who our account manager is anymore, and now in a dispute over a version of terms and conditions that differ online vs what was sent in an email. Totally unresponsive, incohesive service and experience!

Does what it says. Received a message via this service from my GP, simple.

Not secure.sent password to same email as the original email which doesnt even work.utterly pointless.

It is brilliant software. Very useful for sending large files securely and providing full information in terms of if and when that file has been accessed.
