Elliott was simply amazing. From the second he walked through the door, I knew I could trust him and he wouldn’t let me down and I didnt. It was my first time buying a house, and it was an old one that needed a lot of work, and Elliott was extremely patient and helpful in explaining to me what he was able to do for me. He explained which kind of boiler I would need and give his expert opinion and experience of a wide range of boilers, helping me to pick which would be the best one for the needs of my house, whilst not breaking the bank. He’s registered with the majority of these companies too, meaning choosing him gives you an extra warranty. He was always available to chat and always punctual. There are very few workmen I’ve experienced that have made me feel as comfortable as Elliott.

The installation was prompt and the work carried out thoroughly, conscientiously and to a high standard of finish. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend them.

Firstly, he was very punctual. He gave some great advice but without any kind of pushy sales patter. The fact that he isn't one of the big faceless companies but a genuine trades person who really cared about doing a good job meant a lot to me.

His approach to the quoting process was first class. I was provided with a number of options, all of which were well explained to me. He left me with a very good booklet with all of the info I could possibly need to make an informed decision. It was an easy decision for me to make. I also opted to have a complete Smart heating control system fitted at the same time (expensive but really worth it).

The standard of work was first class. Plenty of 'the little things' that many companies forget about; sheets put down to protect my property, clearing up as he worked, thorough testing of the new boiler and then a full explanation of all aspects of his work and the operation, maintenance, servicing, guarantee etc. He also offered a follow-up visit, should I want or need it, another indication of his professionalism and service.

This was an easy 5 star rating to give for me. E J Wheldon did a great job and I thoroughly recommend this company to others.
