OMG what a great product, I bought the elecbrake because it was going to be too difficult to put regular brake system onto my Volvo, this is a game changer for everyone who wishes to tow. I’ve been using it for three weeks now and not a problem with it.

Spoke on the phone as I had a few questions. Fantastic.
I haven’t installed my brake system yet as caravan is 7 weeks away.

The Electric brakes are the best thing we did,they are just fantastic

Used mine for first time this past week. Towed a 2HAL for 6 hour each way trip, didn't miss a beat.

Easy to fit and so simple to use.

So easy to purchase, changed the order (returned calls and nothing was a drama), delivered as promised within 2 days installed in 10 minutes. The unit worked perfectly over the easter holidays. Thank you very much for the service and the product..

The product is amazing so easy to use and also so easy to install

Very pleased, I had some setup questions which were answered quickly and professionally by both email and phone.
I love the CarPlay integration my only disappointment is that it cannot run alongside Maps. It must be one or the other.
So far I have only done a test drive.!

The unit itself is great, works well and is easy to set up on the phone. The information given about installing the unit to the float could provide more details. Twice I had the cables pulled out from my car. The second time they pulled out of the car and the unit and were lying on the road, luckily i found it but it was not functioning. When I contacted ElecBrakes to advise I was told I had to buy another cable. I was then given more information about installing the unit and cable to my float. This additional information should be provided to everyone. I had to drive a 10hr trip home with no working brakes!

Delivery to Perth was fast and efficient
Product looks good and is well made.
I have just installed it on an inclosed trailer/caravan. So as yet have not been able to use it.

Fantastic product. Extremely easy to connect to and use.

Easy set-up
The technology is amazing. The default program works well until I get around to fine tuning the system. I'm a first time caravaner and can't praise elecbrake high enough.

Easy to install, works like a charm.
Note that although the Bluetooth app on the phone needs to be running, it can run in the back or foreground without issues and android auto works as per usual as well, yay.

Very easy to install. Supplied self tapping screws were difficult to get to penetrate the steel of my drawbar so only have 3 in but still good. App connects to unit without any hassles.

Good product.user friendly.
Nice to have a back up for ph call to see if everything was going good.
