I ordered an echelon bike from ElectroCity. Their website is easy to navigate and the delivery was within the specified dates. I'd definitely shop online with them again.

Stay away, the store only has a 28-day warranty. Although when you buy it, it says that you have a one-year warranty. You can't return the product you bought to the store, they refer you to consultants online, with whom I had to fight for half a day, because they sent me instructions to repair an electronic device that doesn't respond to anything. That's why I buy in a local store, so that in the event of a failure I can return it under warranty, they wash their hands of it and you have to do the work for them yourself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Product arrived with a damaged part and I had to order a replacement part myself because Electrocity couldn’t source a replacement part themselves. Other than that the service was fine.

I literally could not recommend this buisness enough .... They literally are the best delivery service i have ever came across ... Products are 10 out of 10 .... Honestly thank you i will order again and recommend you to anyone i cross paths with in need ❤️

Fair pricing. Amazing delivery time and the surprise choc bar in package was a nice touch.

These guys are brilliant, my Mother in Laws kettle broke and she asked me to order a new one for her over Black Friday weekend, of course trying to finish up my shopping during the sales I completely forgot, again I realised it she was upset that it was days later and she was still kettle-less. I used Google to find a seller within Ireland and this site came up, I asked in the sale note to please send it ASAP which they kindly did and sent on the same day.. My MIL called me to say her kettle arrived safe and sound and she's happy, and so am I for being saved a grumpy mother in law! Thanks so much to Electro City I will be a return customer ☺️
