Ho ordinato e pagato circa un mese due poltrone...Nessuna traccia dell'ordine,non risulta spedito,ho inviato varie mail a eleganza shop... chiaramente nessuna risposta!Sono dei LADRI!!!Ma possibile che nessuno faccia qualcosa per impedire che questi truffatori (Ve ne sono tanti),facciano tranquillamente il loro sporco comodo sui social rubando i soldi alle persone in buona fede.Chi deve tutelare i consumatori?Chi deve intervenire?Mah,questa, purtroppo, è l'Italia...

I'm not raring the product as it is fine. I am rating the seller.
Very disappointed. No communication at all. I sent 3 messages to find out where my order was and got no reply. My order was delivered 2 weeks late. Then, was told delivery would be from 11am. They turned up at 8am on a SATURDAY morning. Very rude!
I will never shop there again and I will not recommend this seller to anyone.

My mother bought a coat for £50 from an internet ad.
What was delivered was a piece of cloth nothing like the advert. When she contacted them they said she needed to return it to Australia at a cost of £90. Scammers.

I’d give less than one star if I could. The item I ordered was nothing like the picture. I returned it and they only refunded part of the cost. They kept more than £7. When I emailed for an explanation, they didn’t bother to reply.

Le foto sono molto curate ( probabilmente corrispondono a prodotti di grande qualità)
Il risultato è che ne ho ordinati 4 per i tutte le ragazze della mia famiglia.
Ciò che è arrivato è raccapricciante. Giuro la mia peggiore esperienza di acquisto on Line di sempre.

NESSUNA ETICHETTA. ne’ marchio, ne’ materiale, ne etichetta nessun cartoncino per il reso. Solo una plastica bianca con il nome di chi ha acquistato è un paio di bar code.
E lasciando pur perdere il cachemire ma sembra di toccare plastica infeltrita.
In più stranamente è quotato 3.7 anche se le recensioni sono tutte molto simili a questa.

The item I ordered #3862, back in August has not arrived and after several emails to them they promised they would sort it out. However this has not happened. I have asked for a refund but now they are not replying to emails.

I ordered my dress in July 2024 and have not received the goods. I emailed several times and each time received an auto generated response. Shame on them for taking people's money then not supply the goods. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company they are fraudulent and should be dealt with as scammers.

Ordered a dress in July & like everyone else here have only received emails saying "order is ready to be shipped", it's now November. Scam, scam, scam

Do not buy from this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Dress ordered 6/8/24 and to date there is still no sign of it. I keep being robbed off with what appear to be standard reply emails. I have repeatedly asked for a refund since 4/10/24 and still no response.

Go to the ACCC accc dot gov dot au and file a formal complaint.
Ordered in July, have repeatedly tried to cancel my order, finally a response that says my order is back on track 8 weeks later, what a joke!!!!
GO TO THE ACCC AND REPORT THIS SCAMMER SHODDY RIPOFF JOKE OF A BUSINESS!

I placed an order in July and still have not received it. The many emails I have had in response to my asking where my order is have ensured me that my order is on its way. They have lied constantly. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

They lie by telling me it is in transit asked for a tracking number, which they never supply, because they keep lying, and using the same repose in every email.

Don't buy from Eleganza Melbourne they are scammers. Goods never arrive.

Worst company ever. Do not buy off them.
So far 50days behind still do not have my goods. Emails are just recycled replies.

Don’t use this company they are the worst , once they have your money which is long before you have items , which are of the poorest of quality, they have no intention of giving you it back , don’t be fooled because London is in the title of there company, they are Chinese and they do not have the rules for returns as the UK

1star is even too much!!
They are con artists and chancers.

Sizing is completely off, badly made and all returns need to go back to Asia at your cost! They then fob you off with a 10% refund if you keep it. The goods aren't fit for purpose or as advertised.
Then if you don't take the 10% they ignore you.
There website states 100% refund guaranteed but you won't get it.
Save your money and don't touch this company with a barge poll.

DO NOT deal with this company. The clothing is poorly made and fitting, no tags on clothes and fabric terrible. Could not trust a refund if I returned as knitwear was piled and appeared to be worn.
