Really like the ethical way this company does business. I had an issue with the seals on my original box and I felt this was dealt with with real regard to customer service and satisfaction. Replacement box sent which seems to be excellent quality. Great attention to detail and customer service.

If you buy a flask or a lunchbox from Elephant Box, be sure that you're ready for the committment because you'll be leaving it to somebody in your will. Tough, practical stuff that's not ending up in landfill any time soon.

Bought a 1 litre leak proof stainless steel lunchbox. Ordered it on a Monday morning and it arrived Wednesday. Very satisfied with box - I believe I could chuck it down a mountain and it wouldn't leak!

Received the stainless steel bowl I ordered very quickly...and I am very pleased with it. I am a Beauty Therapist and actually bought it to use as a pedicure bowl, for getting back to work, after a long break due to covid situation. I wanted something to be able to use that was hygienic and easily cleaned...and it fits the bill perfectly! Only issue is the edges are a little harsh, and would be better if a bit rounded, but I had read this on the reviews before I bought it. Apart from that...it's perfect.

I like the washing up bowl it looks good in the sink & is more hygienic than a plastic bowl it also keeps the water warmer for longer.
It is a little heavier & clankier than a normal bowl but it does the job. I would recommend to anyone wanting a modern bowl.

The 500ml insulated bottle is perfect for keeping hydrated. It's robust (though, at 340g weight empty, this might be a consideration for light hiking) and fits car cup holders. The cap has a carrying loop, which can be hooked onto a rucksack, and the thread has only a few (but enough) turns so can be easily opened for drinking.

Amazing product. Been searching for something like this for a long time. Well made, easy to clean and it fits in my sink.

A modernistic style of company who makes you feel that they want to be there not have to be there to make a living - they give you the impression that what they are doing is for the good of the planet and the environment rather than the good of the Company - amazing what a few good emails can do! You want to be on this journey with them for as long as it takes - I can live with that! I'm sure many others can too! Goodbye plastic and other imitation chemically constructed material - hello natural materials as shown here!

The service was rubbish when things went wrong. The 800ml water bottle arrived with a dent. I sent an email with a photograph to explain that the item wasn't pristine. I received a reply to say that I should now put in a complaint via their website, etc etc
Is it rocket science to provide an adequate customer service when something goes wrong? No.

BUT - I am very very happy to say that everything has been resolved. Once on the case - and that was immediate when my review was picked up shortly after writing it, the customer service I received was the best I could wish for. New system hiccups which I can understand - but, the most heartening to me, the human approach to my complaint could not have been bettered. Happy me, and my confidence in Elephant Box is fully restored. Thank you- and I will be delighted to buy from the company again.
