Die Schuhe sind sehr angenehm zu tragen und man fühlt sich damit nicht nur grösser, sondern sie geben einem einfach ein gutes Gefühl! Zudem ist der Kundenservice top 👍🏼

⚠️ Wichtige Warnung – bitte hier nicht kaufen!

Ich möchte andere Käufer dringend warnen. Die gelieferten Schuhe sind von sehr schlechter Qualität: unangenehmer chemischer Geruch, hartes Plastikmaterial und insgesamt extrem minderwertige Verarbeitung.

Das Schlimmste:
Die Rücksendung muss auf eigene Kosten nach China erfolgen, obwohl man beim Kauf oft denkt, es handle sich um einen europäischen Anbieter. Die Rücksendung ist teuer, kompliziert und viele Kunden berichten, dass sie ihr Geld trotz Rücksendung nicht zurückbekommen haben.

Der Kundenservice reagiert fast nur mit automatischen Standardantworten. Eine echte Lösung oder Unterstützung bekommt man kaum.

Bitte seid vorsichtig und bestellt hier nicht. Es gibt viele sicherere Shops mit transparenten Rücksenderegeln und besserem Service.

I want to warn other customers urgently. The shoes I received were extremely poor quality: a strong chemical smell, hard plastic material, and overall very cheap workmanship.

The biggest issue:
Returns must be sent to China at your own expense, even though the shop appears to operate from within the EU. The return process is expensive, complicated, and many customers report that they never received a refund even after returning the items.

Customer service mostly sends automated messages and provides almost no real support or solutions.

Please be careful and avoid ordering from this shop. There are many safer and more reliable stores with transparent return policies and proper customer service.

Die Abwicklung und Bezahlung war sehr einfach und die Bezahlung mit Paypal auch .Die Schuhe waren pünktlich da und ich wurde über jeden Schritt informiert das finde ich super.

Die Schuhen sind sehr angenehm und machen mich wirklich groß. Das Team mit dem ich kommuniziert habe war auch sehr freundlich und professionell. Ich kann wirklich jedem empfehlen.

Denkbar freundliche und großzügige Regelung bei einer leider zu klein gewählten Schuhgröße. Die Beantwortung meiner Anfrage bzgl. des weiteren Vorgehens erfolgte sogar am Wochenende. Bin hochzufrieden

please be carful these criminals are thieves, i ordered some pumps i paid £26.00 on the 8th June 2025. but unfortunately not received shit. when i email them it bounces back saying this postmaster doesn't accept my emails. a bunch of criminals.

I ordered a pair of trainers and it was stated that I will get my order within 4 working days. Two weeks gone. Nothing in sight. No message, nothing

I placed an order worth £49.99 on 16th Dec 2024. It is now 14 Jan 2025 and have yet to receive anything. They did write to say that due to certain circumstances there would be a delay of one to three weeks in me receiving the order however it has yet to materialise. I emailed on two occasions to cancel the order however again, no response. Very disappointed and frustrated. Buyer beware!

I did not buy nothing from here and my bank account was hacked. When i call elevate shop a google voicemail is all you here and they hang up
Got a responce from another Elevate shop. They said they only ship in UK.
Dont know how true or its just a good excuse but the link that hacked me sent me to the link I left the review for.
Sorry if you are truely another elevate shop I would of had no business leaving a review of any sort. Merry Christmas God Bless

Was a bit sceptical, since it’s a new company, who still had Dr. Martens x Basquiat boots, in my size, in stock (also from a foreign country, tho within EU) But, i can honestly say it has been a pleasure buying from Elevate! Not only did they still have the boots, the customer service was EXCELLENT, and the prices are fair. I had a small issue with GLS (not Elevate’s fault) but i got a response within 2 minutes of contacting their support. Can’t recommend them highly enough :))
