Received nothing in the post, no response from the company when requesting a refund.

Ordered well over two months ago (14th February 2026) Received a confirmation order - SY4924 yet haven't received a thing. Have emailed the company several times with no response whatsoever - Outstanding amount $211.86. Sadly it appears that they respond to bad reviews and yet never to an email. I would like someone to contact me and issue a refund. $211.86 is a lot of money to have outstanding.

Avoid This Company

I placed an order with Solynna over two months ago for more than $350 USD and still have not received the item or any proper confirmation of the order.

There has been no meaningful communication or update about the purchase. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional.

Thankfully I paid through PayPal and have now lodged a dispute, and I am currently waiting for my refund.

Based on my experience, this appears to be a very questionable site, and I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing from them.

Very Disappointing Experience

Very Disappointing Experience – Still No Dress or Refund

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The prices on the website are displayed only with the $ symbol, and since I am based in Australia I assumed this meant AUD. Only at the very final checkout stage did it become clear that the price was actually USD, which is misleading.

Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. I ordered and paid for a dress three weeks ago, and it has never arrived. I have received no delivery updates, no tracking information, and no communication about the order.

The original order link now leads nowhere, and my requests for information have been completely ignored.

What is even more frustrating is that before I complained, the company contacted me through their sales platform offering me the option to choose other items that were supposedly in stock. However, the moment I asked for a refund instead, they completely stopped responding and ghosted me.

At this point I have no dress, no refund, and no response from customer service.

Very disappointing and not a trustworthy buying

Scam company related to another scam company "Eleven Ora" - Beware! Bait & switch tactic. Did not receive order, won't let me cancel/refund.

In early February, I placed an order for 2 different dresses with 2 different companies, one of them being Solynna, the other being "Eleven Ora". I ordered 2 dresses to try on for my grandmother's funeral. Weeks went by with no tracking number or shipping update, so I emailed customer service to cancel the orders, as the funeral already took place. Oddly, I got back the EXACT same email from BOTH companies stating: "We’re sorry to apologize for the inconvenience. The order is out of stock and is being re-produced. Would you be willing to change to a product that can be shipped within 24 hours?" after which they provided a link and an offer to give me a 30% off coupon for my next purchase if I would switch to a different item. These are clearly both connected and fraudulent companies using "bait and switch" tactics, and probably hoped I forgot about my order. Solynna and "Eleven Ora", please cancel both orders and refund in full to the original form of payment immediately, or I will escalate further.
If you will simply refund me for my purchases, I will not escalate further. If you need the order numbers: SY4870 for Solynna, EO5749 for ElevenOra. (Do not ask me to email customer support as I see you've replied to others on here, I've already done that. Cancel and refund both orders immediately or I WILL escalate. You have 48 hours before I do so.)

Ordered Dec 5th for a Christmas gift

Ordered Dec 5th for a Christmas gift, emailed many times to check on item no reply at all, gift arrived Jan 5th entirely too late for Christmas, tried to return got the run around with emails and said I would have to pay to return all the way to China and pay customs, what a load of roadblocks since their delivery took 1 month and way too late for Christmas, this company sucks

The sweater is HUGE, not a small.

I ordered a sweater size small but when it arrived it was huge. I have filled out the customer service request to return it three times but have have NO response at all. I just want to return the sweater!

This company is a scam

Do not touch them. They are a complete scam. Look at the other reviews. My experience is the same as the other reviews. It took ages for my order to arrive, when it did it was completely wrong. They dont answer emails for returns, and there is no phone number. Enough said.

Ordered a black poncho on October 9th. Have not received the item ordered. If this company is a scam it needs to be reported.
They don’t respond to e-mails and their is not phone number.
Also noticed e-mail doesn’t seem associated with the company.
