Gave a one star review yesterday because I’ve still not received an order placed at the beginning of January. Now I’ve had notification my “payments been declined” but the money still hasn’t gone back into my bank. Will be taking this up with my own bank to recoup the money and reporting the company

I have been a loyal customer of E-Liquid base for around 3 years, I normally place an order every 4-6 weeks.. my order always shipped next day delivery. Orders are shipped same day or next day. Arrive well packaged and delivered within 2-3 days of purchase order.. I’m really confident placing orders as a customer, orders are always correct. A lot of my nursing team now use E-Liquid base.. thank you for prompt service 😊

The vape itself was really good quality and exactly as described, so I’m happy with the product overall. Ordering was straightforward and everything arrived well packaged.
The only downside was the delivery. I paid for 1–2 day shipping, but it actually arrived in 3 days, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t a huge delay, but not what I paid for.
Overall, a good experience, just hope delivery times are more accurate in future.

I have been buying through this company for a good few years now, if a mistake in ordering ever happened I would be compensated, products have been good.

I have been ordering from this company for over a year now and alway recommend them to friend's. Recently there has been a few stock issues but that happens with any company. But I must say they’ve always rang me to see what I would as substitutes.
And a bonus they post BFPO which is very helpful.

Company accepted payment, then said they had internal issues, I had to open a claim with my bank to get money refunded, 4 months later they emailed me stating order cancelled due to payment issues even though they had take. The money from my account. I would recommend that people avoid this company at all costs

This company are awful. Sent me the wrong order last year, which I sent back and they received. They said they would then send the correct order. 3 months later, I am still waiting on my order or a refund. They ignore all phone calls, texts and emails. That bad I have had to involve trading standards and police now so will see what happens.
