Placed an order on 02/01/26. After LOTS of attempts to contact them (most of the time I was ignored) I was told there had been a problem with their payment system & assured that I'd get a full refund.
On the 26/03/26 I got an email saying my order had been cancelled as my payment was declined even though full payment was taken when I placed my order.
I screenshotted it & sent it them asking for an explanation & they have ignored every message since.
Absolute rip off merchants & I'm in the process of taking it further!!!

Against my better judgement tried again with this company after they got my previous order completely wrong. This time i did get my vapejuice but they failed to send the 4 boxes of coils i also ordered.
No response to calls. They just seem to send whatever they want.
Avoid at all costs because i wont make the same mistake again.

Placed my second order with this company and have no complaints, good value for money, very quick dispatch and delivery, personally I'd have no problem recommending them.

Great price with free fast delivery when you spend over £25 which works for me. Order was well packaged and arrived within 3 days

Wrong device colours and missing e liquid

I’d give it zero stars if possible. 2x orders 1st order was completely wrong from what I’d actually ordered 2nd order I placed on 16th March 2026 and 2 weeks later nothing delivered. I have emailed customer support several times WhatsApp twice from their website and this morning tried to call but line just goes dead. They also have a mobile number which goes straight to voicemail. Get the distinct impression I’m not getting my order or money back. AVOID

I am a regular buyer. I use this company as they are very quick with delivery, very helpful via the phone & email…. & always got good deals/offers ! Very happy with the service, thankyou

Used eliquid a long time back now but the flavours were great tastes.

Price was good for the product size of rhe juice.

I don't usually do reviews unless deserved on this occasion it is. Really good quality eliquid flavours at a great price (bought the Cherry Tunes and Minty Menthol, spot on flavours). Always have great offerd and discount. Good communication from the seller and delivered so quickly. Highly recommend Eliquid Base!

Products are as described. All well. Only that in my previous order I received Strawberry flavour instead of Rasperry which was order. I am currently waiting on another order and I've specified in comments box about previous issue. I hope it will be okay now.

Order sat not dispatched for four days before I received a call stating the product (incidentally, still available to order from their website) was no longer in production and the order could not be fulfilled.

They offered an alternative, but I opted for a refund.

Refund has not been initiated and they are not responding to messages.

I can not recommend this company.

**Update.

Received an email from the company about a pending credit and I'm pleased to state that a full refund has now cleared into my account.

I've upped the rating on this review to two stars as customer service simply doesn't exist with this company, yet they request reviews! It's not rocket science to communicate with customers and to do so in a timely manner.

My other half placed an order around the same time as I did and she received most of it correctly, but is still waiting for a response regarding incorrectly supplied and missing items. No response from the company, no sign of missing items being sent and no refund for them.

Excellent products at a reasonable price always get what I’ve ordered and if out of stock they get in contact to say and offer another product
