Very good service

Not received my order after months, non stop back and forth emails with no resolution and 1 reply from them a week. Tried calling and they constantly just ignore the calls texts and emails

If you value your money AVOID buying from here

They do great deals and when stuff is in stock they are quick and reliable.

When stuff isn't in stock they'll process your order, take your money and not send your order. They are then very difficult to get any straight answers from to the point I had to raise a claim with my bank to get my money back 2 months after they'd taken it.

Great service, great price

It’s been 10 days since I ordered and I haven’t received anything. I had a missed call from a mobile which I text with no reply. I also had no reply to my email! AVOID!
Update: they called me a few days after this review to rectify this but then asked me to leave a 5 star review. Absolutely not, all they did was what I had paid for in the first place. I refuse to change a review just because they eventually fulfilled my order.

I punched something with this company back in January and have very bed service since. I have not received my items and have have informed me that I have to wait over 100 days for a refund, which is completely unacceptable. They have attempted to help me by sending me something due to this. Although this is a good gesture I have no use for these products and I still have not received my refun in full from the purchase order made on 30.01.2026 again this is unacceptable.

This company use to be good but recently standards have declined. Couple months back i placed an order of 4 Vapes. Few days later I got this message from eliquid base.

I've copied and pasted that message so it is word for word. What i got delivered was something totally different and flavours i don't even like. Eventually I got a partial refund after disputing with them for a while. Now fast forward to just recently I placed an order. After a few days they phoned saying some of my products weren't in stock so asked about replacements which was fine. But why did it take them a few days later to get in touch when on website it says same day dispatch if orders placed before 2pm? Quality of the vapes aren't the best , they either leak or burn especially the cp15k ranges. As I mentioned before this used to be a great company but not anymore. Not very professional the way they run things .

Scammed me out of £76 gave me one item out of them all

Almost everything went wrong. Longer delivery times than expected. Wrong items in order on 2 occasions. No reply from customer service on 3 occasions I emailed them. Put a review on here and got a reply through trust pilot. Didn't want to address the issue but said they sent me something in the post. That was over 10 days ago and still nothing. An absolute joke. So disappointed.

As ever, very prompt dispatch. Prices are very competitive.

Shipping was fast, any issues with stock were resolved almost immediately over the phone, never had an issue with products and good customer service.

SCAM... AWAITING FOR REFUND OVER TWO WEEKS... ORDER INCOMPLETE.. ZERO REFUND APPALLING COMMUNICATION.. PHONE NUMBER'S USELESS AS SELLER DON'T GIVE A DAMN TO EVEN SEND THE ORDER WHAT BEEN PAID FOR... AS FOR REFUND ?!!! Zero acknowledgement..no apologies no money!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute disgust!!!!

Husband Ordered items in January, still not received, asked for refund, still not recieved citing payment provider problems, however had no payment provider problems taking my money. Worst customer service ever.

Sent a poorly packaged eliquid. Tried calling, emailing and whatapp. Never got a refund or a replacement. Never received any communication back. Pure scam business.

If I could do zero star review I would … placed a order in February totally £42 they took the money and still haven’t received the order… this is a absolute joke of a company … if you want your order to arrive then stay very clear of this company !!! ORDER #193987

Items received in boxes that appeared open and incorrect pods sent. Emailed immediately with photos but zero reply to email, What's app or facebook messenger messages. Tried calling numbers but again no answer. Absolutely appalling and only wish I had read reviews. I had purchased coils previously without an issue but can only assume the people have changed.

My order never arrived, I have emailed with little response, I originally sent the wrong order number have now sent correct one. My order was £112, they had the front to call me off a number to ask about my experience will their website, I told them I haven't received my order. He said he would put a surprise in the box, I told him it's to late I want refund. He was very quick to get off the phone. I have tried calling all numbers associated with this business but no answer. I have no response to my emails and I'm being totally ignored. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! The website has since been taken down. These guys are scammers.

UPDATE STILL NO REFUND ON MY ORDER, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS FOR SURE.
