Sadly, my aftersales experience with Elite Motorhomes has been really disappointing.

I bought a 2016 Sunlight A72 and was told any issues found after collection would be sorted. Since then I’ve had issues including a glow plug warning, soft brakes, loose head unit, bathroom door hinge, blind clips, fridge problem, and now the cab air con blowing hot air.

Some things were eventually dealt with, but only after chasing/escalation. The latest issue has been refused.

My experience after purchase has been very different from what I was led to expect before buying.

Paid 35.000 for a motorhome. Not huge amount but moderate. Did not take Elite up on their free night away as we were also in the process of moving home. Shame we did not take up their offer. First time out two cabinet doors will not close properly, one stays open all time another has to be tide to the oven whilst traveling. Third problem toilet cassette still full from previous owners. Thank the lord for toilet chemicals. Last problem gas bottle door catch is broken so you have to prop it with your head whilst trying to attach the gas bottle.Phoned them on our fist trip out. Just before the May bank Holiday to tell them that their Habitat Check was not done properly. 4 days ago. Still no call back. Should have listened to the couple that had purchased a VW Camper from them. They were not happy with the service either.
