My Reformer Pilates machine arrived with pink permanent marker scribble markings all over the beige carriage- main component. After dealing with Tina from Elite Reformer for months, I still don’t have what I paid for ie a new and undamaged Pilates machine. This is the worst experience and company I have ever dealt with!

When the cosmetic issue was first raised, we arranged replacement parts with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, due to overseas manufacturing timelines and a supplier error, this process took longer than expected.
To bring this matter to a close as efficiently as possible, we've offered a full refund once the reformer is returned. We remain ready to finalise this as soon as the return is completed.
