I have had consistent issues with my Milaron reformer since it arrived.
I have now not had any response from Milaron in months despite reaching out via email multiple times as well as contacting them via social media.
Very disappointed with the service, lack of response and also quality of the reformer which has been sub par.

I had been researching reformers for months and decided on the beautiful Pearl foldable reformer from Sammi at Milaron Pilates.
Sammi has been fantastic from start to finish with his support. The reformer was delivered within four days of ordering and was easy to assemble on delivery. The reformer is perfect, quiet and smooth and as I am using it almost everyday I am totally delighted. I have been practicing reformer pilates for about 5 years and now feel so blessed to be able to practice in my own home at any time. Thank you so much Sammi, I totally recommend you and Milaron to anyone who is interested in owning a reformer - a wonderful way to stay fit.

Love my new reformer. It looks stylish, moves smoothly and folds up easily. There were a few "hiccups " in getting the reformer to me - I live in a rural/remote area so delivery went through a few companies- however Sammy was there all the way to assist. If you're in the market for a reformer give Sammy a go & see what he can do for you.

This is a quality unit.
I did significant research prior to making my final choice. The foam padding is definitely of a higher grade and stitching of the padding is also good.

Driver wouldn't bring it into the house, no instruction booklet and video email set up was terrible no information about Spring weights what colour matched what spring, but everytime I have messaged for information it has been answered within hours

Great communication from Sammy. Very happy with my new reformer. Guaranteed delivery of 7 days blew out a little but was to be expected coming to WA over the Christmas period.

It states that delivery is in 7 days but am still awaiting my delivery. Pretty disappointed since my order was placed on the 7th January

When I started comparing the different models, I reached out via the online chat and was pleasantly surprised to be speaking with a real person—not a bot. Delivery was spot on, arriving exactly when scheduled. The drivers were friendly and went above and beyond by helping bring the large crate inside my front door, which I really appreciated.

Once unpacked, the setup process was seamless. The video instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I had the machine fully assembled in about 15 minutes on my own.

I chose the Maple V2 Studio Reformer, and I’m so glad I did. It is extremely solid, beautifully made, and feels very high quality. The springs are excellent, the rollers are incredibly smooth, and the overall build gives a very professional studio feel.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase and couldn’t be happier.

I took a long time to review because I wanted enough time to experience the reformer. I am very happy with how it operates, just a few observations: not all of us are professionals, so some clear instructions on how to use all the pieces would be helpful. Also, the ropes could be more user-friendly, as in many exercises there can be some friction or a strong grip required to hold them in the hands.
