I had the worst experience with this brand. They are scammers — they send damaged and torn clothes. When you try to contact them, they start arguing instead of resolving the issue. On top of that, they refuse to compensate.
Please avoid this brand, and report their page as much as you can.

My experience with them is worst even they didn’t deserve a single star.I ordered my dress before Ramadan and still I didn’t receive my package at the time of checkout they already charged me 40$ for international shipping and at the time of delivery the guy is asking more 40$ for extra charges and they took my package first thing they shipped via cheap company so they can get more extra money by saving some amount from international shipping now for the single dress which not cost more than $100 I have to gave them $80 shipping it doesn’t make any sense to me as I told them I didn’t buy only dress from you guys but I buy multiple dresses from different brands but I didn’t experienced such kind of stuff they are just ripping off there customer.i got the lesson i will never purchase with them in future ever in my life.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this brand and would strongly warn anyone against ordering from them.

I ordered a dress well in advance, within the delivery window they themselves advertised, and was assured it would arrive before Eid. Not only did the dress never arrive, but they completely ruined my Eid in the process. To make matters worse, I had made 100% upfront payment — a mistake I deeply regret.

What followed was an incredibly frustrating ordeal trying to get any kind of help or resolution. Their phones are constantly switched off. WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and on the rare occasion someone does respond or pick up, they are completely unhelpful — dodging questions, avoiding accountability, and offering zero solutions.

I am now requesting a refund and cannot get through to a single person who can actually help me. This brand has cost me my money, my peace of mind, and a special occasion I can never get back.

I will never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Stay away.

Horrible company! Do not order from them. Customer service is horrible. Lying about dispatching the package, after I had to ask multiple times. Then they didn’t sent the track and trace, for this I also had to ask multiple times. This made me miss the delivery. The customer service didn’t do anything about it and didn’t apologize once. Have not received package, so I hope the quality of the clothes is good…

amazing experience and excellent customerservice kept me updated about everything and their the outfit was exactly like the picture which i am very pleased with! will be ordering with them again for my future events! outfit arrived within 2 weeks which i am very pleased about!

We ordered 5 dresses and all of them were beautiful, the prices are fantastic and the quality is outstanding, definitely recommend as they have really know their customers needs and requirements.

Order for my wife on her birthday and she liked it very much as it looks stunning on her.The material they use is of high quality and the stitching of the dress is perfect and had a great fit with a resonable price.

I placed an order from Canada and it was delivered in Karachi within three days. The process was smooth and hassle free. Suits were exactly as shown in pictures. Recommend!

I had a terrible experience with them. First they stitched the wrong size, and I have to send it back to their outlet at my own expense. After that they torched us for more than 3 weeks for fixing this simple issue. Their customer support doesn't bother responding you and is extremely pathetic.
