I was kept fully informed throughout…
I was kept fully informed throughout via text messages about the arrival of the engineer - who was on time. He (Craig) was friendly, clearly well-experienced for a young fellow and explained what he was doing and why. Both during and at the end of his visit he advised what the future could bring (the boiler - like me - is no longer young) and what actions/options would/could be advisable/ appropriate.

First class boiler service.
I was very impressed with the boiler service work. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough in his work, taking care to ensure no mess while servicing the boiler. He arrived promptly and I was kept informed of arrival times etc and received a summary of the work by email within a few minutes of his leaving. First class service.

One of the best services
Easy to book. Well informed with reminders of booking and timeslot. Advised on the day when Engineer was on his way.
Engineer was wearing a mask/ used social distancing guidelines.
