Charged a vulnerable family member more than £430 for a weekday afternoon callout - a 20 minute job to drill out and refit a barrel lock. This guy is a total con artist and a classic rogue trader - 0 stars.

Young disabled man who was told to show his bank statement before work was started and ended up being charged £621 for opening door and replacement lock. Was left with £10 in his account. Job not finished and they wanted another £180 to complete the job. Got another locksmith who said in total job should have cost less than £300. Total conmen in my opinion with unethical work practices. Left damage to the door which they didn’t repair. I would not advise using them. Overpriced and bad workmanship in my view.

Don't use get a quote for 150 get charged 360 con artist customer service is a con no response when you've paid

Do not use this company they give you a price then charge you more they came said it was £75 then charge ££258 they use cheap locks that are £15 and charge you £99 no invoice or receipt the are not even an English company avoid at all costs

Like all the others i wasquoted one price but when he got here he tried to get almost double what I was quoted...I repeatedly told him before he started let me know what cost will be before you start but he didn't...damaged my door in process too...he told me he was agitated from the previous job well no surprise there when your trying to rob people...gave him half of what he wanted..wouldn't use this company again

Was told £49 on the phone ended up costing £225 total rip off. Took him 5 mins to sort the problem, appreciate that it’s late at night but that is taking advantage.

Super weird communications. Called for a quote was told £49 for consultation, I questioned why they advertised it as “£39 - no call out fee” and hung up as felt like they was mugging it. The woman proceeded to send text messages saying how I’m rude and Eastern Europeans were ripping everyone off in my area so good luck (. I found a local locksmith that’s coming £35 no call out fee just unlock my door.. who happens to be polish!) 😂 what’s worse is the woman on the phone sounded Eastern European herself 🥴

Terrible company and terrible customer service. Locksmith Nick in Glasgow damaged my security doors and was terrible at doing the work. Company didn’t care about issues and products were below standards.

PLEASE DO NOT USE. This is a scam which I got caught out with.I called the company out after I was locked out of my house on the pretence of £49.95 callout to come out and get into the property. Someone did come out and did get into the property, and also fitted a new lock. The cost I was confronted with at the end of the callout was £469! Yes really!!! I was on my own and felt pressurised to pay which left me feeling sick and extremely distressed. I am now trying to recover some of the money back through my Bank which is proving to be difficult. Don't make the same mistake I made.

HORRIBLE! Quoted £50 if it was easy to get in. All they tried was a piece of card, not use of tools to try and move the barrel. Les than a minute of trying they said they would have to destroy the lock, suddenly the charge is £120. AVOID!

On arrival, he said the fee was over £300 including call out fee. I stated on the website, it quotes no call out fee and he said no this is an emergency. I said no, he can leave. He threatened to call the police and calls his manager. His manager says they can do for £200; I said no. He said then £49 for him to leave. I said no. I felt very threaten as I was by myself and scared for my life. Had tears streaming down my face. His manager said £150. I said fine, hoping this will settle it. The guy was swearing the whole way through. My neighbour came by and checked on me, as he noted something was wrong. When the lock was removed, he demanded I pay straight away and without an invoice.

I found the entire experience stressful, unprofessional, and unnecessary.

Avoid was quoted an amount and then once completed the work charged me double.

Totally look like scam, I called their helpline explain to agent that my door has 2 locks not opening she said 74£ in total , when the they guy came to open the lock he asked £325
He said if u don't want to pay and cancel the job then £35 ,
Its complete scam to me, I was not told by their agent on the phone call that door lock opening money is separate than that £74

I even told the agent on phone that door has 2 lock she didn't say that each lock price will be separate , she just said £74 will be in total, so when I book the job , the guy he quoted £163 for each door

Guy came to my house with a drill, hammer, and a chisel. Said the only way to open the lock would be to break it by drilling through the door, charging £350.
When I said no he proposed another way which would destroy the frame for £100.
When I said no to that he charged me a £49 cancellation fee.
Complete cowboy, this company deserve reporting.

Avoid Emergency Locksmith 24/7 at all costs! Quoted £230 to unlock my door but then demanded £450 after the job, pressuring me to pay immediately. Complaints to their head office have been completely ignored. The locksmith arrived with no uniform, no branded van, no ID, and no sign of being part of any professional association – very suspicious and misleading.
I have reported the matter to my bank, which is investigating the transaction. Visit Trustpilot reviews before relying on the website's reviews.

Total cowboys, ripped off our elderly relatives. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls when you complain despite promises that a Manager will email or call you back.
Their website says labour rates from £39 - But our elderly relatives were charged an hourly labour rate of £180 plus a £75 call-out fee!
When I eventually managed to speak to a Manager and complained - I was told their labour rates vary depending on the difficulty of the job!!! I have never heard such utter rubbish before!! Tradesmen have an hourly rate irrespective of how difficult the job they are doing is! No price was given beforehand for their new lock and no choice of locks either; they were simply presented with a total bill of £373 yet the locksmith was there for less than 30 minutes overall! Look at the Company’s terrible reviews on Trustpilot - if I could give them a negative stars or a zero star rating rather than the 1 star minimum Trustpilot rating I would!! According to Companies House this Company was dissolved on the 15th April 2025 - via Compulsory Strike-Off!! But they are still trading, still advertising their “services” on google, still have an active website and are still ripping people off and cheating the public!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
