This site is a total scam, avoid it if possible! The clothes on the pictures are not the same as those you receive!! Absolute fake and low quality. And of course it is difficult and expensive to send it back so they naturally expect that no one will bother with sending it back.

In essence, this (Empire89) is a scam site, the product that came, nearly 3 months later, was total rubbish and unwearable, in every respect. Zero response from the company at any stage. Please note, there are no customer reviews or feedback on the site itself with the products, that says it all right there. And no opportunity to review the purchased product. Deal with them at your own peril!

The clothing is cheaply made and expensive for what is. I’m 5’9” and purchased a medium, the sleeves and shirt is too short. Avoid this brand.

Horrible products that don’t match the description and one couldn’t even be worn it was so poorly made. Made it impossible to return.

This is a terrible company. The clothing is poor quality and cheap. Good luck contacting customer service. It will take 5 to 10 emails. I bought $200 worth of clothes and after a month of trying to get a hold of them, they issued me an incorrect address to return the clothes and then deny a refund and fought my bank against a chargeback. It’s a fraudulent company and I would highly recommend not buying anything from them.

This company is completely deceptive. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Their website claimed that all products were made and shipped from Spain, but in reality, everything is produced and shipped from China. That wouldn’t be an issue if the quality was good, but the fabrics are cheap, synthetic, and poorly made. Avoid this company at all costs.

SCAM – Worst Purchase Ever

This is an absolute scam. I ordered a swimsuit supposedly made in Italy or Spain, and instead I received a cheap, low-quality item shipped from China. The product I got has nothing to do with the one shown in the photos — it's a completely different design, fabric, and color.

I paid nearly €100 for something that looks like it came from a bargain bin. The material is awful, the fit is terrible, and it’s clear the images on your website are 100% misleading.

Your company is a fraud. You're deceiving customers with fake advertising and false promises. I demand a full refund immediately and I’ll be reporting this to consumer protection services.

Bought 3x bikinis for my wife and only 2 arrived after 3 weeks (from China). Those two are completely different to the photos and quality is shockingly bad.

No refund as these are swimwear!!!

Dreadful customer service experience. Poor quality product. Glamorous pictures. But that wouldn't be an issue if refunds were easy to activate. I emailed many times and had to threaten to use my credit card company to retrieve my money...twice. It took 2 months and multiple emails, evidence of return parcel delivery, and threats of repercussions to provoke them in to refunding me. My advice? On no account should you deal with this company.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. First off, I was under the impression I was buying my products from Spain but nope it’s all from some cheap manufacturer in China. Second, the customer service is awful and the response time is terrible. Finally, to the product itself. It’s pure garbage. I ordered the same shirt in both black & white. The white one was made of completely different fabric than the black one. It was also a completely different fit even though they were both large. The black one had a small bottom hem and the fabric is actually softish. The white one has longer sleeves, a much bigger bottom hem and the shirt feels like sandpaper. I never write reviews but this company pissed me off so much I am leaving a review anywhere I can because it’s a scam.

I would give this company no stars.

I have sent numerous emails, about my return, they choose not to take my parcel when it was delivered within there strange business hours.
So I am down £122 for the goods I bought and £14 delivery fee to send it back.
Definitely would never buy from here again !

This is a scam company. The products are shoddy and do not even meet their own size specs. I purchased 4 shirts and all 4 had different sleeve, height and seam measurements. One of the shirts had a sleeve an inch longer than the other! It seems that their MO is to have you order from their very professional website, and then receive goods (over a month late) that are basically made of crepe paper with the wrong size. Trying to return is impossible as shipping is to Spain (and you know that they are China-based by the packaging) and deny your refund. They expect you to give up. No way....fight!

These guys are an absolute scam!!! Took months to receive damaged merchandise. They take an extremely long time to answer emails even though they give you a super tight return time. I called the number listed its a lady that's very unprofessional, she answers like she just got out if bed, doesnt speak a lick of English and hangs up on you. I sent them my entire order back to the address they give in Spain. They send me email that they will not refund my order due to timing after I have been in communication since day one of order recieved. So they just got my entire order sent back to Spain, which I paid for shipping costs because they don't provide shipping labels and straight up said they will keep my merchandise. After I sent them tracking info. They will now keep everything, and I am left with a massive payment of cheap clothes plus additional shipping cost. What a scam!! Do not give these guys a penny! Save your money, time and energy elsewhere.

0 if I could give them. The shipping takes about a month with no track number or way to contact them. The quality is poor compared to amount paid for a dress that is see through. It has been weeks of constant emails to their customer service email, and no reply. Please do not buy from this site!!

I would give them a 0 if I could . I have emailed customer service countless times requesting a refund on an item which I returned . I have also sent DM’s on instagram.. nothing , complete radio silence ,I know my parcel got to them as I tracked it but they didn’t take it despite it arriving to them during the restrictive hours they stated ,It an absolute disgrace .

One of the thieves! They don't answer my message! I reported them! How far from the main site! I will share their page with my Instagram friends as many shares as possible, so that everyone can seet it is a steal!

Total scam!!! Only two of the three items I ordered arrived and they are the cheapest quality and not the same as what it pictured. Everything is made and shipped from China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Swimwear is not refundable even though I didn’t even try any of it on because of how awful the quality is. I reported as fraud to my credit card since they have not responded or sent any updates on the missing third time.
