Please refrain from buying from this company. It is a huge fraud, false advertising. The quality of the product very bad quality ,and once you return following their strict rules they go silent to process the refund. This criminal and a big scam . I am filing a further report with the European Consumer Protection agency as well as any outlets they sell through to ensure no one else gets horrible experience

Total scam. Item took ages to arrive and the quality was the lowest of the lowest even though they market and price their items as a higher end product. They wouldn't let me return the bikini either. Avoid at all costs.

This is a spam website , Don’t order from them !!! I wish if i can rate less than one star , i ordered my package in May.22 , and it has been a month and half till now i didn’t receive my order , plus it’s supposed to be Italian brand but the tracking showing it’s shipped out from Wuhan/China , also i found the same pieces in SHEIN 90% less the price and im pretty sure it’s the same source and it’s not high quality as all reviews said the same !!! PLZ DON’T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I found this through instagram and unlike some other Chinese websites that basically look like Temu and SHEIN, I thought this was different. The clothes do not look anything like the photo’s on the site, quality, price and fit is TERRIBLE.

I had a frustrating experience with this company. My order took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality of the items was extremely poor. I chose to return them (at my own cost), but the return has since been stuck at a local postal depot.

What made the situation worse was the lack of customer support. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and there’s little to no help offered throughout the return process. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this business.

Der Webauftritt ist eine einzige Lüge. Handgefertigt in Spanien? Nope. Aus China. Free shipping? Nope. 8 EUR extra. Rückgabefrist 14 Tage ab Kauf. Aber es dauert allein 17 Tage, das Shirt zu bekommen. Von wegen 5-7 Tage. Voll der Nepp. Qualitativ minderwertig. 100% Polyester. Kauft nicht via Instagram-Ads! Das ist pure Bauernfängerei!

This brand is the worst quality ever!! I ordered a bathing suit and it looked completely different upon arrival. The material was totally different than what they advertised which tells me they advertise with totally different pieces than what they’re actually selling. I can’t believe I paid $100 for a bathing suit that is made of the cheapest material and not even wearable. Never ordering from this site again.

Scam! Über Instagram bin ich auf die Seite aufmerksam geworden. Dort ließt man in den FAQs und den rechtlichen Pflichtangaben überall “handmade in Spain”. 6 Wochen später kommt die Ware aus China, grottenschlecht verarbeitet (lose und schiefe Nähte). Absolute Konsumententäuschung!

Für das Hemd habe ich 129€ bezahlt, gleiches Hemd gibts bei Temu für 69ct. Lasst euch nicht von der tollen Seite blenden - alles leere Worte.

The website is beautiful and the clothes on the website are very beautiful, BUT what they sent me (a swimsuit) does not correspond to the photo at all: the design is different, the fabric is different, Chinese quality! The website positions itself as Italian, but sells Chinese, terrible quality clothes. You can't exchange! If you return, then only at your own expense to China, which makes the return unprofitable in terms of money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Empire89.com

This company is a fraud! Ordered a bikini and dress for my girlfriend and it took weeks to arrive from China. More so, the products are utterly bad and not the same as advertised! I have 0 expectations they would return anything. Folks, stay away!

Took over four weeks to arrive from China - as it is not “handmade in Spain”

The quality is laughable, it really is so bad.

I have initiated the return immediately after opening the package today, let’s see how that will go. I have little to no hope of ever seeing those £200 again.

Scam, don't fall for their ads, your mistake if buy anything from them. I lost over $500 dollars on trash quality. Delivery takes about 6 weeks. I sent them four emails within last two weeks asking how their return process works. They won't respond. They took my money, sent me trash, and won't respond to emails. Return process does not exist. Once they have your money, its gone. They will send you a bag of trash though. I'm literally about to throw entire order in trash. Ironic since this whole experience with this company has been trash.

They do not reply to my messages, they do not sent the order and they keep my 207€, without any explaination. It is a Huge Scam, please do not buy anything there. They rob you. And also instagram helps this people growth and promoting their content all the time.

Absolutely appalling quality / fit and nothing like one pictured, plus missing the matching headband. Took forever to arrive and returns impossible as they do not reply and arrives after the return period has ended. False advertising and made in wuhan china not Spain. Scam site can’t believe it’s not been shut down.

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible. This company is not from Spain, it's from China. The item arrived after 5weeks & the quality of the bikini does not resemble the image & price of what they are selling.
I have gone through my bank to assist as this company is falsely claims they are Spanish when it comes from China!
My bank have rejected the payments twice but will now have to go to Visa.
Save yourself the hassle & do not order.
All 5* reviews below are fake.

The fabric is very poor and low quality & the products have nothing to do with the online pictures.
