A TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY. My order never arrived. It's utter Chinese nonsense and is a total rip off.

I was waiting for my order to arrive for a vet a month. And I didn’t come from Spain where the whole page and IG is located but from China. The item came wrapped just in the paper. The swimsuit I got which I paid 100usd for, looks like Shein. I wouldn’t pay 10 usd for it. It’s a terrible quality. And looks nothing like the pictures. I expected luxury and I got Temu/Shein. This store is a total SCAM

Prodotto made in china, pagato tantissimo, più di un mese per la spedizione che non è stata consegnata, servizio clienti inesistente. Sconsiglio

these guys didnt ship the product i ordered in April (part of the order) and the other part that was shipped 1 month later i can't return as they're not replying to emails

Its a scam! super cheap quality from china and then they completely ignore emails and delete bad experiences comments from their instagram. Please beware of these fraudulent pages

I am so shocked. I thought it was an amazing brand, but it turns out to be very cheap. I got only one swimsuit from them until now. I still have not received the rest of my order, and I have been waiting for it for over a month. Now it's the end of May and still nothing from them!

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. I ordered this on 4/16 for a trip I have on 5/22 and it has still not arrived. The tracking number as of 5/19 writing this review has it still in Germany after three weeks in China. I have tried contacting the company several times but have not received any responses. I highly recommend avoiding ordering anything from this excuse of a "company".

My order took over 2 months to arrive after placement of my order. During this delay parried, i had no updates from Empire89 despite multiple attempts on my behalf to contact them.

When my items arrived, they were of such poor quality and i requested a return and refund. This was denied for unclear reasons.

I would warn everyone to stay away from this brand as the quality is the worst i have ever seen. The material of the clothing feels and looks like plastic; the clothing is all completely see through and looks horrendous. The customer service team have been extremely poor and i would advise everyone to STAY AWAY!!!

Worst online shop ever, I believe they should close.
I placed an almost 2 month ago and still didn’t receive anything.
Customer service is the worst you can, they reply after a week “if the reply at all” giving lots of non sense excuses.. and never apologized for the delay.

Placed an order a month before I went on holiday, as it states delivery within 10-15 working days. Did not arrive in time and was delivered after I came back from holiday. (5 weeks) Received tracking information, and stated it was shipping from Wuhan China - NOT from Spain where the website and Instagram page states. When arrived the quality of the clothes were terrible for the price you pay. I was expecting luxury, well made clothes. I can only describe them as Shein quality. Would never order from Empire89 again.

DO NOT USE !!!! The whole thing is a scam. Took forever to come and the quality of the clothes are absolutely abysmal. The clothes are NOTHING like the pictures. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid at all costs.

Grosse arnaque, produit chinois livraison et qualité déplorable, 3 mois d’attente et la moitié de la commande en moins, publicité mensongère sur du fait que mesure pour justifier l’attente, prix exorbitant pour un produit bah de gamme qu’on payerait 5 euros sur Shein, alors que je voulais un produit local d’où le fait d’avoir mis le prix

Revoid this page! The Quality is VERY bad, the sizes are unsuitable, and they don't accept the returning!

Their whole page is a scam, their images on instagram are AI, they don’t have any real people trying on the actual item and they are making a huge profit buying from china for 10$ and scamming people making them pay over $200! Please avoid and report

Llevo desde el día 31 de marzo esperando un bikini que según sus políticas tardaba, como mucho, un total de 15/20 días entre "confección" y envío. Confección entre comillas, porque otras dos prendas que pedí y ya me llegaron están hechas en china, de poliéster, las he visto en Aliexprés por la un tercio de lo que me han cobrado y obviamente no están hechas a mano. Les he pedido que cancelen el pedido, porque ya sobrepasa con creces el tiempo que establece la ley en España para recibir un producto, y se niegan. De las otras dos prendas que pedí y de las que obviamente les escribí para quejarme, solo he conseguido que me devuelvan el dinero de una. De la otra no querían porque decían sí cumplir las características que ofertaban y he entrado a la web y resulta que es que la han eliminado y por eso se escudan eso. ES UNA ESTAFA. No pienso para de poner comentarios negativos hasta que se me devuelva TODO el dinero que pagué y me han ESTAFADO.

Fake fake never received my order

This website is a scam ! My order was placed in mid of March and I have received the shipment in May 2025.

I have sent several emails to their customer service during the 2 months and no reply from them.

They shipped from China instead of Spain. The quality of the clothes I have received are totally different from the products showing at the website. The products were made in China, packaging of the clothes are also from China. I spent EURO300 for these super low quality products. Do not believe this website !
