Complete scam - Ordered 2 months ago, still have not received items. They say shipped from Spain, but it’s China.

Horrible cheap quality . The clothes doesn’t look like pictures at all . Impossible to return . Never reply to emails . Clothes look like cost $5 . It’s a scam

This is a scam. I waited two months for cheap clothing from China. It’s shein quality at John Lewis prices. Avoid!

Please don’t buy . It never get delivered. They don’t give the money back and they keep sending you the email the cloth shipped . Also when is come is disaster quality . They don’t answer email fast to kill the time . I still have 600_700$ cloths and they don’t give me and they don’t send the money back .

Avoid this website at all costs. It’s a complete scam. They never refunded my cancelled order, and the items I did receive were cheap, broken garbage. Despite claiming to be “handcrafted in Spain,” everything is clearly mass-produced in China. You’re paying luxury prices for dollar-store junk. The customer service is utterly useless — they don’t respond, they don’t read your emails, and they clearly don’t care. Total rip-off.

Horrible product ! Cheap Chinese dropshipping article, no tag, in a plastic bag, coming directly from china. It cost 1 dollar on temu and AliExpress ! Don’t buy this crap !!!

I would like to give a negative review! I placed an order in February and we are now in May and despite chasing on email I still haven’t had response or the dress I paid for! Incredibly bad and scam!! Don’t purchase from them!

If there was a way to give negatif points this would be -100! Unprofessional, lying about fabrication process… if you want to spend over 100€ for a dress supposed to be hand made in spain and shipped within 8-10 working days just to wait 2 months for something made in china… order at Empire89! Oh and by the way: they give you wrong but indeed nicely AI written responses to your follow-up emails.

This website is a scam, they shipped from China despite the website indicating shipping from Spain. The Swimsuit i ordered is a different quality and different product than what i ordered. The accessories that came with the swimsuit are not the same as what i saw in photos and ordered. The order was pretty expensive and i got a very low quality made in china product

This is a SCAM. Haven’t received anything after payment. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Ps. They will delete your posts on Instagram.

Fake account never order anything from them

I ordered a so called luxurious white pants for Summer time. Firstly it took more than 3 weeks because I saw that the production was in China. When the pants finally arrived it had a really bad quality and totally did not look as shown on the pictures. I paid 80 euros for something that is not even worth 10 euro. Don't order here it is a scam!

It took 1.5 moths to receive my order, and the quality of the item is poor and does not match the pictures presented online.
I would like to return the item, but they are not responding regarding where to send it back.
It’s very upsetting that I didn’t read the reviews earlier!

Awful, scam, worst customer service ever, will be contacting the police

It is a SCAM! What you receive doesn’t match the photos, the quality isn’t worth $10, they don’t ship from Spain, and you won’t get a refund.

I strongly believe Empire 89 is a scam. Despite claiming to ship from Spain, all of my swimsuits were clearly marked “Made in China.” The quality is awful and nothing like the photos on their site. I ordered two pieces in size S and they were wildly inconsistent—one was too large and the other too small. When I requested a return, they refused, citing EU law that allegedly prohibits returns or exchanges of swimwear. In fact, EU regulations only allow sellers to refuse returns if they have clearly informed customers in advance that swimwear cannot be returned. Empire 89 never provided any such notice, so their excuse is invalid. To make matters worse, they stopped responding to my emails entirely—and it turns out they aren’t even based in the EU. Avoid this site at all costs.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before purchasing. This is a fraudulent site that purchases from a popular Chinese website to resell.
I was astounded at the products received. Nothing like the pictures on the website. The website says made in Spain yet shipping confirmation and tracking shows item was made and shipped from China. I’ve sent multiple emails with pictures showing quality issues but no response. Spent over £150 on 2 swimsuits and customer service is ignoring my emails. I’m definitely going to report the website and all their social media handles. I encourage anyone who’s been defrauded to do the same. Let’s not let them get away with this.

The worst company. Ever!
Place order for a bikini ($100+) February 28. I receive the order (after two conversations- one in March - one in April, telling me they’ll “ship today or tomorrow” TWICE.) in late April. The bikini does not look like the photo.
I reach out (again) to customer service only to be told they won’t return it because it’s a bathing suit. Mind you, I asked them multiple times to cancel and refund my order but they sent it anyways.
Their customer service sucks. Their return policy is trash and they do not respond for about 3 days at a time unless you message them on IG.
Needless to say I am super upset - as a bride, now I have no bikini for my bachelorette party and am short over $100.
DONT BUY.
