€40 for a product that doesn't work as advertised – extremely disappointing
I ordered the Emulait baby bottle with nipple attachment #5 (wide, short nipple) for around 40 euro, and I am extremely disappointed with this product. Baby is used to breastfeeding and different Bottles.
In my experience, the product fails to perform its basic intended function. The silicone nipple collapses inward as soon as the baby's face presses against it. No matter how strongly the baby sucks, the bottle simply does not function as it should. This is a serious functional defect that makes the product practically unusable.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the product cannot be returned, despite what I consider to be a manufacturing defect. As a result, I am left €40 out of pocket for a product that I cannot use for its intended purpose.
I honestly feel misled as a customer. When a product is marketed with a specific function, it should actually work as promised. This is especially important for baby products, where functionality and reliability should be a priority. A complete disappointment and 40 Euro wasted on a product that does not deliver what it promises. The fact that returns are not accepted makes the experience even worse. I feel that customers are being treated unfairly, and I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
I would strongly advise other parents to think carefully before purchasing this product.
