Second experience.
The delivery is slow (4-5 days from ordering), but products are arrived CORRECTLY. If you dont need running with pockets, i recommend it. Great price, great products.
Communicatie is niet belangrijk. Helaas want al paar keer besteld.
Betrouwbare verkoper. Bij afname van 6x doosjes is me een case gegund en die zijn vaak duurder. Enorm vriendelijke verkoper en goede service!
I never recieved my order and still havent got the money back 1 month after. I would not recommend anyone trading with them. After a while they promised i would get my money on my account but they never showed and then they wrote that unfortunately they didnt have the money to cover the loss. Everything they write is a lie.

Again, this is simply not true. It’s disappointing to see another negative review being posted instead of first waiting for a response or discussing a possible solution together.
We provided the full amount as store credit because this is clearly stated in our general terms and conditions. Our standard policy is to issue refunds in the form of store credit.
Also, the review was posted only one minute after your email was sent, without giving us any reasonable time to respond.
I completely understand that not receiving your package is frustrating. However, the package was unfortunately lost during transit in Denmark, which was outside of our control. We also did not receive compensation from the shipping insurance. Despite that, we still offered the full order value back in store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
Had you simply contacted us in a respectful and normal way to ask whether a direct refund was possible instead of store credit, we would have been open to discussing that as well.
We always try to find fair solutions together with our customers.

I will have to turn the case over to the police. Im one of the biggest traders in DK and i will make sure to do everything in my power to give your buisness a very bad reputation, both to my partners in denmark and other countries.***

We actually already resolved this some time ago by adding the amount as store credit to your account.
Unfortunately, the package was lost in transit, and I’m truly sorry that this happened. It’s also a difficult situation on our side, as we had to cover the loss as well.
That said, we still wanted to offer a fair solution, and I hope you find the store credit satisfactory.
