Thanks very much to Tina who was fantastic today, so professional and friendly. We had a smart meter fitted and she dealt with our very old gas meter set up brilliantly. Definitely recommend!

great bloke very polite
great bloke very polite didnt mind me watching and asking questions as he changed my meter over . he showed me step by step what was going on and how it all works , then set me up on the app with the octypus home mini . thanks

Upgrading electricity meter
Sammy-Davis came to upgrade out 1st generation electricity meter for a 2nd gen one (a requirement for an EV charger). He was friendly and efficient and took time to explain what he had done afterwards. Also made sure that any EV installation could be done easily afterwards.

Tina was wonderful, professional and polite
She accommodated my son’s sports day by coming later in the morning and she called with a 20min prior arrival time.
Service was perfect, left no mess!

Excellent service
Haider Hussain did a great job today. Quick, polite, clear explanations of what he was doing and where I could find more information and provided a detailed brief on my new meters and the home mini. Left the space clean and tidy. Couldn’t have been easier.
