BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY FOR HMRC CLAIMS!!!! I lost 83% of my claim as they take 42% of your whole claim and then take another £100 for an admin fee...
You can do this yourself or hunt around for better terms. They have no compassion or empathy, they just want their HUGE fee! It also took over 3 years...
UPDATE 1 December 2023 - After a response to my review. There is no point speaking to someone as I already have, hence I am able to give a complete review based on my overall experience

Their fees are a rip off
Their fees are a rip off. I lost 75% of my 2022 refund on their fees.Not worth it. Better to get a good accountant.

Be aware that they will take a huge cut...
RM Revenue paid for my claim £661.05 to Ensign Advisory LTD than they paid to me only £283.40...
They charged £100 administration fee plus 40% commission fee.
I contacted with them today and cancelled the service.
If I know that before I claim I never would dealing with them....
