Had dealings with Ensignadvisory in Feb…
Had dealings with Ensignadvisory in Feb 22 regarding a refund issued by HMRC. After discussing matter with “Roxanne” she agreed that Ensign would advise HMRC that any further refunds should be issued directly to me.I have today received a notification from HMRCthat they have issued a further refund to me but it was being sent to Ensign - this means this firm has not advised HMRC to now deal directly with me and not with them. Ensign will therefore charge ridiculous fees once again even though they have previously stated they will advise HMRC that they no longer act for me!!! Disgraceful behaviour. How do I get this sorted??????

Service is promising
This is a very good service. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to claim back some tax. I received the right amount on the cheque promised by Ensignadvisory.co.uk. Only minor thing I want to advise you is to keep customers in the loop about timeframe. However apart from this keep up the good work!

I used their service to help with a work from home tax refund and they took almost all of is in fees. They continued as assigned agents over my tax affairs without my knowledge and they have a huge delay on the payments too. very dodgy company.

They are a scam and a fraudulent…
They are a scam and a fraudulent company that steal your tax refund and don't give it back. Manager Paul has been horrible to me and refused to give me my money back, I'm a single mother and I'm struggling but they ignored that and told me it's my problem to sort out.
They informed HMRC to send them my cheque and when I called to ask how they got my information and access, they gave me vague replies. Please be VERY careful with this organisation, they are Fraudsters!!!!
