Got there in the end
Update: pleased with the follow up from Entertainers Tickets, however I'm not rating higher than 3 stars as 3 emails were replied to with a "sorry we can't help", only after a negative review did a good will gesture/refund materialise. I respect that these are 2 different companies offering different services, but it simply should not be the case that an event can be cancelled the very next day and customers be out of pocket, wonder how many people don't have the patience to follow up and request refunds! But it should be noted that Secure my Booking are equally as cretinous in this racket, their email also came back negative and ultimately they've banked a tidy sum for doing literally nothing!
Shocking customer service, booked an event that was cancelled the next day, whilst we got a refund for the tickets we were out of pocket for the insurance. Almost like the whole thing's a scam to do people out of insurance cash, they're all in it together let's be honest!!! We did contact the customer service but they were useless!

We’re proud to usually receive very positive feedback from our customers, so it’s disappointing to hear that we didn’t meet expectations on this occasion.
Just to clarify, ticket refund protection/insurance is provided by a third-party company and operates under its own terms and conditions. Unfortunately, this means it isn’t something we’re able to refund directly when an event is cancelled, as the policy sits outside of the ticket purchase itself.
We’d really like to take another look at your case and make sure everything was handled as it should have been. We'll reach out directly shortly.

I had lost my email with my e tickets on it. I contacted customer support who quickly sent me another email with my tickets. Can’t thank you enough . I was in a panic as I’d deleted the original email.
