I received great customer service and prompt replies. My issues was sorted without question and in a friendly and very helpful manner. Couldn’t fault anything about the support I received.

Fast and efficient customer support!
An email arrived 48 hours prior to our event as advised at the time of booking, however the tickets weren’t attached.

Friendly and very efficient and resolved immediately! Would happily book through them again!

Great Customer Service

Initially had a great experience
Initially had a great experience, however i duplicated my tickets, i contacted customer service who assured me they would refund me contacted them a second time and was reassured it was on its way,still waiting for my almost £80 refund!

Excellent customer service
Ticket purchase was an easy process with the tickets being emailed and txted 48 hours before the concert. We also had a problem with the venue we visited for the event, which left my 8 yo daughter crying, after a complaint to the venue and the venue not being able to help, entertainers did the most amazing thing to make my daughters experience the best and for that I am truly grateful thank you so much.

What brilliant customer service
What brilliant customer service. I made a mistake with my booking and feared I would not be able to return my tickets let alone get a refund. But with excellent help by email all was resolved and the refund received the next day. Very grateful!
