Missed the mark.

We have always had great service with Entripy in the past, but I have to say this was unfortunately fell short. Our order was 3 weeks late- but we didn’t receive notice it wouldn’t arrive until the day before our event- even though they hadn’t even started processing. Communication really missed the mark this time. Although they said we would receive a reimbursement %- we still have not received that.

When we did receive our order- it was done beautifully. But I have to say this experience was disappointing.

The shirts came out great and everyone…

The shirts came out great and everyone was very responsive to my emails. I just think the interface was really hard to navigate and the steps for order should be outlined somewhere because it is not clear why there is a "create your design" feature that is not actually where you place your order. Also the interface where we approve the proofs is not very user friendly and I was always worried my proofs did not go through.

Repeat Orders are an Issue.

Love the company and products are good. Dislike the ordering interface. When I try to do a repeat order, it should be easy yet thread colours for embroidery get changed and require making changes and going through new proofs. Testing Entripy as a uniform suppplier and am hoping that this is resolved.

Would recommend.

Order arrived in a reasonable time; printing on t-shirts and embroidery on toques were done well and looked like the proofs. Shipping was from within Canada. Overall a good experience. Website software could use some improvement - design software was a bit clunky to deal with and proof approval software seemed to get stuck and needed additional human input via emails to complete process.

Wanted this to be a good review so badly but it's just honestly very bad.

1. the site doesn't show or tell you that your billing info is saved on their site. I think this is a HUGE privacy and security breach.
2. Between 2025 Aug 11 - Aug 20, when users log in they cannot see their past, or pending orders.
3. Due to issues listed in 1. and 2. and the lack of clarity or a functional working website, more than 1 proof was generated, our company ended up with 2 orders. I only found out when I saw the credit card charge on the Aug 20. I tried and failed to view my own orders and information on Chrome, Edge and Firefox to no avail.
4. Billing dept was unable to stop production so our company ended up eating the $2000. + order twice, totaling over $4000.

Entripy, I beg you, PLEASE set up a proper pay wall and proper pay site and test it BEFORE using it.

Regarding the two proofs mentioned, these were generated from two separate orders of differing order values, artwork and quantities, placed on two different dates. Payment for each order was processed only when the artwork and order details were reviewed and approved by the registered user.

Not their best effort, then an actual ripped seam

Was a bit disappointed that I had to pay the individual cost for adding a jersey to the order even though my original order had not yet been completed. Invoice was also incorrect resulting in a second payment needed. Website proof page did not work, would consistently spin.

Terrible customer service will not use…

Terrible customer service will not use this company again. When placing order was given a date that would allow my product to be picked up before the day I needed them. Two days later circumstances occurred where I wouldn’t be able to physically pick up the product. Contacted customer service and managed to get them to switch my order to delivery which I had to pay extra for. No big deal. A day later I am now receive a notification that my product won’t be delivered until 2 days after the date I needed the shirts. If I knew that was gonna be the actual delivery date now the one given initially I wouldn’t have placed an order. So realizing I had zero other others I inquired how I could get these shirts on time and was told I could pay to get them shipped in 24hrs which having no choice I had to pay a lot for. So in the end a $100 order turned into a $300+ order for 6 shirts!! Didn’t even get refunded the initial delivery cost I paid for!! Absolutely will not use this company again and will tell absolutely everyone I know to stay away from this company!!!
