I couldn't agree more with all the negative comments regarding the bereavement support- 2 years since my father died, my mother can't even speak to EQ anymore they have upset and stressed her so much. We just want to sells dad's shares, not hard, but EQ making it very very hard- inconsistent advice, lack of response, delayed response and as for call wait times, in what is already a sad and stressful time, are totally unacceptable. Can't wait to never have to deal with them again.

Following the death of my mother I am finding Equiniti impossible to deal with when they will not respond to emails or answer the phone, even quoting 50 min wait, which even that is incorrect. I am not getting an answer and often run out of time as they close buisness at 5.30 pm. Their answer message says there is an online chat service which does not exist. I need further clarification of details quoted that do not make sense but impossible to do so if they do not answer. A 50 min wait is totally unacceptable for what should be a professional company. They are happy to take your money but not willing to give back what is due.

Pitoka was really helpful, answered all of my questions and was calm and clear in helping me through the difficult process of dealing with my mums shares following her death.
The website however,is difficult to navigate and it is frustrating when I’ve received letters directing me to the website. It is always easier and faster to talk to someone.

I spoke to Irudaya Raj and his customer service was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I had the right information to continue my transaction. He was professional, courteous and polite. If only all customer service agents were like him.

A frustrating hour-long wait to talk to someone on their Bereavement line but finally spoke with Gokul who was helpful and knowledgeable.

My query on a password reset was dealt with very efficiently and the Agent, Sarath stayed on the line while I re-logged in to ensure that the reset was working satisfactorily. Very helpful.

She was very friendly and helpful. She listened and understood what the problem was. She helped me solve the problem, which I am very grateful.Thanks excellent customer service.
