Very polite and well mannered , Irudaya Raj was very knowledgeable about issue and resolved the issue very easily.

Calm professional service from Vaishnavi.

Unfortunately as an overseas customer, I find it challenging to communicate via phone as often charges are high, also the time difference.

It would be preferable if these sorts of issues could be dealt with via email or instant messaging.

The guy was very helpful in my enquiry, l was a little be stressed….because l couldn’t sign in with my password

When locked out of my Shareview account, PITOKA CHOPHY was very helpful, patient and professional. However, the time it took to make contact with Equiniti was unacceptable. Two phone calls - unanswered in 51 minutes and 20 minutes. Request for call back made at 14.00 Wednesday; call back came at 9.30 Thursday. Very poor customer service, especially where finance is concerned!!

Pitoka explained clearly what was happening with my shares and what would happen next. He was very though and answered all my questions. Thank you!

It's like dealing with a company that existed in the 1980s. They are so useless and slow at everything they do. It look them 5 working days for them to acknowledge they had received £74 so they would release £3,000 to my account. Now they need a further approval as the the bank they received the money from was Revolut!!!!!! This is completely out of the ability of them to understand, they claim it is an international bank and that needs further approvals!!!!The sale of my shares happened 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my money. I think Equiniti might actually be a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Have tried x 4 now to get through to Equiniti on the phone with zero success! Over 20 minutes on hold every time and gave up!.

Spend first 5 minutes listening to an automated voice. Asked me to put my shareholder reference in which I did correctly more then once and not recognised!

It's on your official letter to me so I'm putting it in correctly! It's your systems that are not recognising it not me!

I have a simple request and cannot speak to a human being.

Hold music is also appalling!

Employ more staff! Fed up of being on hold!

Only got to 22nd October to get my query rectified and doubt I will get it done by then.

Would give you zero stars if I could!

If you email you are told you are through to the wrong department and you HAVE to phone!

I have severral forms to fill in and was totally confused but after speaking with Ayan Kirmani I am fully understanding what i have to do with my deceased Parents shares. Ayan was kind conciderate and able to assist me with all my questions. A very patient lady and knowledgable in all aspects of my diverse questions. A great representative of your company a rare find these days, so, thank you very much for your concise help and advise. Just down to me now and hope i get it right.

Tried to sell shares using online process. Could not complete sale because site would not accept my bank is in the UK for sale proceeds, only Ireland given as option, despite my UK bank being used for dividend payments. This had happened with previous sale some months ago. Online chat system indicated that this was a "known problem". I had to sell over the phone, which was busy and had to a wait until next day to complete sale at a slightly lower price. Amazed a "known problem" like this hasn't been fixed.

I would like to thank Irudaya Raj for his help and support. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional, and he made everything much easier for me. I really appreciate his assistance.

The agent was very clear and polite throughout the call and made sure that I understood at every stage.

A bit of a long wait to get through to customer service but once I spoke to Vaishnavi, the login issue was resolved swiftly.

Equiniti claim to review all security within 4 hours of raising an issue with logging in to my portfolio. I have no access now for the 3RD day. They are a joke!!
Impossible to contact by phone and of course no access to email. They do not have the correct shareholding in my account (missing 2 companies). Absolute disgrace.

Raj was really helpful, although when he sent a link through to me I mistakenly started to complete the fields. He very quickly told me that he did not instruct me to do this and told me he was trying to help me. It showed that he had a fairly direct communication style and was maybe getting a little bit impatient, however on the whole I can say Raj was very helpful and he did resolve the issue, so I'm just putting this detail around the matter to be as constructive as possible. On the whole Raj was good to at dealing with the issue.

The Assistant (Gokul) was very helpful in tracing some lost shares.

When attempting to sell the shares spoke to a very helpful advisor who ensured they were sold and explained the process afterwards. Emails with documentation followed shortly thereafter. All very good and a quick phone connection.

HOWEVER - my experience over many previous calls to the company was so, so annoying , with wait times of 25-50 mins - infuriating - if always busy employ more people as its meant to be a customer service - other competitors were far far quicker and less exasperating.
ALSO as an LPA / POA was told it was cheaper to sell via shareview website ; then tried on a few occasions then after another call with long wait time advised as such that I had to sell via phone at higher costs; there are always costs.... Also on my fathers behalf sold shares via Computershare - far, far, far easier and cheaper - so straightforward. Please note I have no interest / involvement in either company.
DO NOT AGREE WITH FIVE STAR RATING FOR OVERALL EXPERIENCE - WOULD SAY 1/2 STARS AT BEST.
