Firstly is the easy to use website. Secondly the rapid transaction and the transfer of currency purchased into your account. Finally and probably the most important the rates - don't waste your time looking for a better exchange company.

The website is easy to navigate and comprehensive.
Despite the automation, it is always easy to speak to an agent.
The agents are super-helpful and able to fix problems straight away. Also very responsive via email.
Their rates are competitive as well.
I have worked with Eris FX for years and would not go elsewhere

Excellent personal service
Everything was set up in advance for a transfer of significant funds awaiting release from a French house sale. Once cleared, the funds were transferred to our UK account in a matter of minutes. Exellent personal service.

Best rates and service
I continue to use Eris FX for euro currency transfers to fund a property abroad. The online process is easy to use and the transfer of funds is always quick and without hiccup. Most importantly, I always double check the rate and Eris FX always offer me the best by some way.

Experience over time
I have used Éris for all the time I have lived in France and for several years previous as I built my house here. Never a problem and always able to help me when I had a problem.
However when I try to access a rate at the moment, the conversion page does not work.

The problems you are experiencing could be related to your internet connection. We receive a number of call from people living in France complaining about the slow connection speeds in France.
