Due to my French bank not allowing the full sum to cover my initial trade Eris kindly managed to get this trade cancelled without cost. On the next trade my helpful(!) French bank did not allow me to transfer the total funds to cover my trade on the same day. Eris were very helpful and kept me informed at very stage of the operation. Whilst the amount was not large this made no difference to Eris and they gave the great service that they had provided me over the years. They also manage to give a better exchange rate than their competitors.
