I have been dealing with Eris FX for well over 10 years and I have to say that all my dealings with them have been excellent. Jacky Chapple is a joy to deal with and I would just like to say thank you for all your help in making the process so straightforward over the years.

As usual the online transfer was easy and very efficiently carried out.

Easy process. Would like better rates

The foreign exchange service I received was particularly impressive as I was new to the process and needed some reassurances.
Also, my type of exchange was typical of a 'once in a lifetime' occurrence and it would have been easy to assume I would not require the company's service again and deliver a standard service.

As it happens, I will require future sterling / euro exchanges and I will use Eris FX again.

Bought currency Friday morning and transferred funds immediately to ErixFX. However, Money did not get into my French bank account till the following Wednesday. Why so long?
