Customer service is basically unreachable the order claims there are bonus gifts and there were none. I’ve inquired numerous times and I get no response. Truly unacceptable even if their products are good no customer service means they suck.

As mentioned in the email I sent previously, we include different gifts - such as Lanyards, Mylar bags, etc. They are pre-packaged into each bag. Please double check all of the pockets on your bag and you are likely to find the gifts!

Where's the carabiner?
This is the second time I purchased the Nano bag. First time I got a carabiner with my purchase. I didn't get a carabiner with this purchase. Lost a star for that.

Great products, Great customer service.
These guys not only have quality products but their customer service is just as good as their products. They’re fast when it comes to response times as well as shipping.
I had an unfortunate experience during the shipping process as 2/3 of my package arrived broken. I let them know and they got back to me faster than anyone else I’ve ever emailed and sent a replacement very fast.

Small no smell zipper bag.
Fast shipping. Like that they changed design of piping around bag because it frayed after 6 months from pulling on it when zipping. Nice bag.
