Damaged Container Received
I have ordered from Erozul a few times as I love the C-Vault's various storage capacities. Once again, this order proves that shipping is a major flaw. My 50 liter is damaged. One of the latches is bent. This happened to me on a previous order. I ordered again thinking it would be ok. I spent over three hundred dollars for this canister, and I don't know if it will seal properly. I would immediately switch the packaging of all containers. I would reinforce wrappings of all latches so that they are not damaged in shipping. Maybe Styrofoam would be the key to make sure the containers arrive without damage.

Shelving fee and The product was smaller than what I…
The product was smaller than what I needed. No complaints about it, just not big enough.
The issue i have is the "reshelving". It is almost half the cost of the item itself. It feels like the customer is being punished for returning it.

The experience was trash. I must say OK however, once you do get the product, the product itself is an amazing product guys I really gotta be honest there on that end. It’s just those damn fraud flags y’all have to get that straight cause that’s gonna affect your business

Hi Frank, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, as I mentioned in a previous email to you, the fraud alert is completely automated so unfortunately we have to follow the protocol in those situations. I understand this can be frustrating and I apologize for that inconvenience.
I am happy that I found this product.
The product is smell-proof, the zipper is high-quality and water-resistant, and it opens and closes easily. The lock option is useful, but I usually opt not to use it.
