I have been ordering from Essentials360 for just about a year now. The product is great. The price is the best that I've been able to find. The service over the phone is always cordial. It's nice to be able to order and automatically have it sent. I also can change my orders whenever I want.

The absorbency of the product is amazing compared to competitive brands. The customer service is outstanding!

My mother is 94 years old and 2 years ago started wearing what we call undies we don't call them diapers we call them undies she tried every brand out there I saw these we ordered them and she has never gotten anything else she absolutely loves these they're Dependable they keep her dry and when there's the bad mess it stays in the end it does not run down her legs so we absolutely love this product and would recommend it to anybody and everybody.

Adult diapers need to be made more like baby diapers. They have blow out areas front and back, not just on the sides. When in a recliner or in bed urine runs right up a patients back, wetting the outside of the diaper, clothes, and blankets. It’s horrible.

Please buy some baby diapers and copy their design.

i have been using Essentials360 products for almost 5 years. having tested many of the adult diaper products, I have concluded that 360 products are the finest on the market. The diapers keep me comfortable and assured that I can make it for several hours without worry. The delivery service is prompt and the customer service agents are congenial and helpful whenever I may have an issue.

My experience has to do with shipping and delivery. I have high reviews for the adult diapers from here.
I have stayed with Essentials 360 for the quality of their products. I haven’t found a single product better for urinary incontinence. I have tried about 8 products and stay with the vendor.
I just wish the shipping would get better.

I ordered from a flyer a special deal. Lady was friendly. And I ordered the “special”. They NEVER told me this was an automatic monthly order.
Lo and behold received a whole order the following month. no return possible. I immediate
Y called no return possible I could. Wil it back for $71.00
According UPS store. Called AMEX to report the situation, it been months now. My$154,87 was never credited, still have 2nd box home,unopened and waiting to hear from them. Very unhappywith the Company 360

I was never informed of a recurring subscription. Not happy. Plus Fit Rights are better and Appends far superior.

They are as absorbent as those I get from dollar store.. loose around leg.. soft./

The pads work great for me. They do everything they promised.

I use these and depends for several reasons, Yours has a long pad. I have a bladder problem plus I can loose bowels from the med's that I am on. I find yours help me when that happens

Depends has a short pad, however seems to contain my pee problem better then yours..

Compared to Depends, Essentials are very good. Will buy again if needed.

We have tried many different brands. My husband prefers the gray ones. They fit better and are not to bulky. Plus like ordering by mail and abke ro talk to a real person if necessary.

Soon I will celebrate three years as a grateful and happy customer of Essentials 360 since early 2023 to now,
May 2026. After being a repeatedly unhappy customer of Drug store brands, I took a chance that any increase in the price would be worth it-- a very wise decision. As I age (I'll soon be 89 yrs old) Essentials agents on the phone have helped guide me with making choices from the wide array of products to meet my changing needs. They always are unrushed, listen respectfully and give thoughtful advice. The choice of products often involves new products that for me have been timely- such as the Booster Pads that I now add in the middle of the night when I need extra absorbency to stay dry through the night. Additionally, not once since becoming an Essentials customer has my delicate tissue become irritated by any product I have used. What Essentials claims, they deliver-- in the products and to the home! I remain a grateful, happy customer.

Even though, the prices are a little high, the quality and durability of these pads are a lot better then what you get with the store brands. Their Customer Service is great, too.

I’ve ordered from this company for over 2 years. Best pull up brief I’ve ever used. And the company customer service is human, friendly and so helpful when I need my order sooner or change number of weeks between orders. I wouldn’t change for the world. Highly recommend!

Underwear is superior to all other brands. Customer Service is outstanding. I have been a customer for over 2 years.

Would have given a 5 except, I had to make several after I got of the hospital because they sending diapers while I was in hospital for over a month. My husband tried to have them suspend delivery until I got out of hospital and they wouldn’t do it. The diapers are good but not the best customer service
