I had a huge issue with them at first but they corrected my request although after several emails and calls back and forth. They did good by me.

I don't trust them
I called to purchase a sampling of the product Freedom Plus. They would not live up to the offer made in their direct mail piece. It turns out the mailing was very misleading. That, coupled with their pressure to up-sell was not appreciated. I don't trust companies that act this way.
P.S. I just received a copy of my bill that included a $4.95 “Logistics Surcharge”???

Thank you for sharing your experience. Your experience is not at all what we strive for in our marketing communications or customer service. We train our customer service team to be fully aware of all marketing promotions and to focus on the needs of the customer while offering explanations of the various products and delivery options we offer. We do offer subscription as an option, but we understand that might not meet your needs or comfort level. We are sorry that your experience came across as pressure sell.
While many companies have recently had to raise prices, we have tried to keep our product pricing stable and want to be transparent on the need to include the Logistics Surcharge.
Very dodgy customer service
Very dodgy customer service. Wouldn't honor introductory offer as stated in their brochure.
