The eStore was launched in 2020 with the aim of joining all of the Oxford Instruments business units together to offer a wide range of spare parts for our different systems, as well as a place where you can purchase all of your general lab consumables. We also offer software upgrades, online support, training and digital offerings across our multiple product ranges. Our range of microscopy accessories include a range of sample holders and grids, filaments and apertures, SEM specimen stubs and nanomanipulator spare parts. We stock a huge range of AFM probes from market leading brands including Olympus, Nanoworld, Asylum Research, Nanoandmore and Rocky Mountain. And if it's a spare part that you need, our system spares section has a range of CRYOSPARES®, Magnet Systems, Plasma Technology parts and EDS/EBSD spare parts for use with a range of Oxford Instruments High Technology systems.

Please use the unsubscribe link on the email to unsubscribe and you will not be sent further emails from Oxford Instruments eStore.

Our trustpilot account is for customers to review the service we have provided to them when they have placed an order. Please could you provide me with your order reference so I can make sure you are removed from our email system?

UPDATE: I requested more information from Lars as this review is not linked to any order and he is not in our database, so Oxford Instruments eStore has not sent any emails to him. As this review is not linked to any order on our store, and has come organically we believe this may be linked to another Oxford Instruments business.

Overall my experience was excellent

Overall my experience was excellent. I had no trouble finding the products I was looking for. Since we are a research institute, they provide various payment options, enabling us to pay within 30 days. We made a mistake and they helped us fix it.
